The price was about twice cheaper than other places quoted us, installation was quick and very professional, done very quickly (it took a guy about 2 hours to remove old fireplace and install a new one).He even managed to remove only 1 ceramic tile above this fireplace, so we don't need to replace all tiles, just to put back this one. They also arranged a visit of Richmond City inspector (included in the total price) the next week after installation. And we were not charged until the work had been finished. Granted, I visited here at prime shopping season; perhaps they have sales at other times of the year. That said, even with the high prices, I still purchased some gifts that I've not seen elsewhere, and for specialty, unique items, I think it's worth it.
