To whom it may concern, I'm extremely disappointed to be writing this, especially after the previous issue with my order that resulted in a $25 credit. It's both frustrating and unacceptable that my very next order was also incorrect. I placed Order #27234 for a Smoked Brisket Burger with Onion Rings, but instead received an All American Cheeseburger with fries. If I had wanted a cheeseburger and fries, I would have ordered them. Not only did I receive the wrong entrée and side, but the portion of fries was also very disappointing. On top of that, there was a piece torn off the bun--which is not only unappetizing but completely unacceptable from a quality standpoint. At this point, a credit is no longer acceptable. I want a full refund for this order. Replacing items with what you think is "close enough" is not a solution--it's a disservice to your customers. I did not receive what I paid for, and I will not continue to tolerate this lack of care or attention. I am no longer interested in using your service and will be sharing my experience publicly--including submitting a report to the BBB and contacting local newspapers. Also, I tried calling the number you provided to contact you about the order. After being on hold for five minutes, the call just disconnected. The email was also not a valid contact. When we asked if it was simply our loss... the cost of meal & delivery charge... he said, "Unfortunately, yes." I then called the restaurant myself. They sincerely apologized & said they would have a new order ready within 30 min & have it delivered to us, which we greatly appreciated, but we said we would instead drive there and pick it up. Once there, the restaurant again apologized for the error. The restaurant - excellent. OrderBulldawgFood.com - we will never use them again, nor will we recommend them to anyone. It's just not worth dealing with a problem should one exist. The business agreed to host a tasting event for our wedding, despite informing us that they do not…read morenormally accommodate tastings in this format. We appreciated their willingness to make an exception and were asked during our conversation a week prior to send over a tasting menu. We sent the requested information, but according to the owner, the email was not received, and our tasting was subsequently canceled. Unfortunately, we did not discover that the tasting had been canceled until the day of the appointment--after we had already traveled to the area specifically for several wedding tastings, as we do not live in South Carolina. We completely understand that emails can occasionally be missed, but communication is an important part of the wedding planning process, particularly when clients are traveling from out of state. A simple confirmation or follow-up regarding the missing tasting menu would have allowed us to address the issue before making the trip. While we appreciate that the business was willing to accommodate a special request, the lack of communication and the fact that we were only made aware of the cancellation upon arrival left us extremely disappointed. Based on this experience, I unfortunately would not feel comfortable recommending the business to another couple planning their wedding.
