Items were priced as expected. My friend and I were given just the right amount of space to look around, combined with the right amount of attention to ask questions when we needed. To the reviewer who complained about not being able to return something: every head shop I have ever been to for the past 30 years has had the exact same "no returns, no exceptions" policy. I also had a problem with the first PAX I bought (different shop), and contacting PAX was easy and they replaced my item quickly. This is standard policy.
