The volunteers refurbish used equipment and ask a monetary donation to offset their costs. Their location is off the beaten path down in the back of Cayuga Ridge. Numotion took over about 3 years ago and the service and response time is terrible. It took 2 months to get my wheel locks ordered and scheduled, when I needed them as I was going on a cruise last year. I called to place the order with a 75 day notice that provided ample time for insurance to approve and order. Just to be told there was an "issue" causing me to part out my other chair to add a lock for safe travels. A more recent incident, I used the app to indicate my front caster forks were having bearing issues in mid April. I received a call May 12th that they would like to get an appointment scheduled so they can assess. Mind you in my request back in April I made mention of an upcoming vacation towards the end of May. I replaced my own bearings in less time and for less out of pocket money. Their response time is a joke at best, you should go in the office because one of their delivery drivers always calls in and they don't have any coverage, so your order sits and waits. Do yourself a favor and seek another company or learn to do your own repairs if possible.
