I replied "yes" but that I had a North Texas phone number. She tried my number, but it didn't work in her system because she hast to go to a specialist screen to access phone numbers out of the south east Texas region. She refused to take the extra step to access that special screen and simply rang up my purchase without giving me credit that I was due since I am a loyalty program member from Dallas. I will save my receipt and bring this matter up to management the next time I visit the store! Lazy sales people at this store!

Brought a Hustler mower in for service. When it was returned a transmission fluid leak had been…read moremissed and a newly replaced part was already damaged when the mower had only been run long enough to load and unload from a trailer. Took it back immediately but they were unable to determine the cause of the damage. The same issue the mower was serviced for originally recurred less than two months later. Mower was taken back to ASAP. They recommended additional service which had not been recommended two months prior. I'm am unsure if the need for this service was missed originally or if their business practices are unethical and they were recommending unnecessary service. I expressed my frustration at the situation and they contacted Hustler who provided replacement parts free of charge. (This is the only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one.) However when those parts arrived they were only a fraction of the parts needed to repair the mower. When I contacted ASAP they did not to realize addition parts were broken as again the mower was not properly assessed and diagnosed. Hustler would not provide additional parts free of charge and despite my negative experience no effort was made by ASAP to account for their error but providing the needed parts at anything below retail price. I wrote an email to the service manager (who I believe to be a part owner) recounting my experience. I was hoping I was having a uniquely bad experience and apologized would be rendered and an effort made to right the situation. In reply all I got was "Thank you for the information". Unfortunately before the pattern of poor diagnosis, repair, and customer service became clear I bought a new mower from them. I do not plan on using them again but will instead be taking my new mower to Conroe for service. As near as I can tell ASAP deals mostly with commercial business. Perhaps if you are a high volume commercial user they will give you better service than a one off residential user but I cannot recommend them.

That seemed high to me but when you need them, you need them. 5 months later one of them burned out ... so I head back there and the nice gentlemen told me they were under warranty! Worst customer service in town. I have bought paint there on two different occasions about eight…read moremonths apart. The first time I thought it was just an off day. The second visit was worse. They act like they are doing you a favor to wait on you. When I asked for advice on primer and paint, they just shrugged their shoulders. They even seem confused about what products they have. I will either switch paint brands or find another store. Life is too short.

My painter notified me at 4:30pm on Labor Day that they would need 5 more gallons to finish the ceilings the next day. I called Hill Country Paint and they were closed for the holiday, so I left a message saying I needed more paint. I went to the store when it opened on Tuesday and I hear the mixing machine going in the back. I was praying they would have what I needed when Mr. Cesar comes out with a 5 gallon bucket on a dolly and says "ceiling white, right?". I was so thankful and asked "how did you know what I needed?" and he replied I just got your message and here you are to pick it up! Thank You Hill Country Paints!
