The man working behind the counter has gone out of his way to tell me exactly where to go in town to get exactly what I was looking for each time. I have not had the privilege to buy from them yet, but when winter hits and I have to buy hay for my horse, you can bet your bottom--I will be buying from this wonderful business.

So disappointed with the Customer Service and treatment by Manager Amy with Southern Tractor. We…read morepurchased a Stihl weed eater from Ace in Willis 8 months ago and the unit would not stay running. It would start and work for 1 minute and stop. Ace Hardware Manager told us to take it to Southern Tractor that they perform Warranty for Stihl purchases from Ace. Also, Ace told us that the Stihl Warranty covered any issue for the first year up to and including replacement of the unit. We then took the unit to Southern Tractor and the gentleman that helped us took it and said "Oh yes, any issue would be covered by warranty". We received a call from Southern Tractor telling us the unit was ready - no mention that there would be a charge. My husband went to pick up the unit and was told, that it required a carburetor adjustment and the charge was $55.00. Manager Amy at Southern Tractor, says that they had to adjust first before they can find out if there were any other issues - no other issues - so they say we are responsible for the adjustment fee of $55.00. Amy was also very rude on the phone when I called to discuss. I do not recommend Ace Hardware for lawn equipment or Southern Tractor to perform work. Remember the warranty on lawn equipment is not worth the paper it is written on.

I bought a 55 horse tractor without doing any research and what a mistake I made. It has a new little six foot shredder on it and it struggles and even dies trying to shred. my neighbor brought his 35 horse Kubota over and shred the same field , the next day , with no problem at all. WRI took the tractor and tested it and said its putting out the correct amount of horsepower and that it is fine . after talking to several other farmers in my area all of them said Massey Ferguson has good horsepower but NO torgue , that to say the least is an understatement. So WRI told me what a great deal I got on ths tractor at 36900.00 . another Lie , I tried trading it in and the best offer i got was 20000.00 . What a nightmere . and now I am stuck with a Peace of Junk. I stongley suggest that if your looking for equipment that you do not buy any Massey Ferguson products and definitly would not buy from WRI Tractor.

I did have an issue with the John Deere set up, and United AG they quickly took back to the shop and put a true 3rd function valve on it that was an aftermarket for no additional charge due to inconvenience to me and some miss communication during the sale. They really stepped up to the plate to help me and knocked it out of the park... United AG is my new dealer and I will give them all my business.
