Magnolia Small Engine Repair on 1488 in old mag is a DISASTER! The wife of the guy is absolutely horrible, any questions you ask about repair or pricing she takes as a direct insult and is super defensive. If you do anything more that write the check for the requested amount she acts as if you slapped her in the face. They charged me a huge amount for my gator and returned it broken... you couldn't even have a civil conversation. The owner and I ended up meeting in the parking lot like secret lovers hiding from her, she spotted us out there talking like normal people, he actually ducked like a gun was aimed at him. She came storming across the parking lot to attack my husband and I. Her husband (the owner I presume, a normal man who seemed to have integrity) said he would correct the mistake and repair the broken piece caused by the repair they made, when we went to schedule the repair he said he was no longer allowed to "do business with our family", which is basically saying I broke your machine and my wife says I cannot fix it so I can't be a reputable business or I will get in trouble at home. I found this to be one of the most outrageous experiences doing business I had ever encountered. The repair cost me $500 for someone else but after all that mess I was happy to pay it to be done with them. read more
