Fultz gave us a great overview of the reasons to go with Speed Queen, and pay the extra cost. We were sold; his wife Monica gave me a rundown on how she uses hers for the best uses. We feel we made an investment, rather than a purchase. We were told they could deliver within 2 days. We were told of the warranty and how they deal with any issues that come up during that warranty time (and beyond). Today, our washer and dryer were delivered. The installers called before they arrived; they had a very long day and had covered a lot of miles; yet they were so friendly and got on the job of disconnecting and removing the old ones and installing the new ones. Afterwards, Joe C. gave us a demonstration on using the machines before he left. He and his partner were so friendly and professional. I am totally sold with using TP&F in the future for any appliance purchases!

I was thus forced to move down the road a bit to Ace, and I'm glad I did. I was totally blown away; every expectation was exceeded. I was warmly greeted by every employee and immediately asked what I needed. I was then escorted to the proper aisle, and the employee actually brought me directly to the exact items I sought- which was handy because the selection took up both sides of the aisle! The store was immaculately clean, smelled nice, and the merchandising made me feel like I was in an art museum rather than a hardware store. Friendly cashier, and warm farewell from the full staff. Every time we've made the effort to drive out -- often 30 minutes each way -- with our baby and our dog, we've been met with repeated refusals from employees to use the pet wash. The excuses vary each time: "It's under maintenance," "We're about to close," "Someone else is using it," or vague reasons that feel more like avoidance than valid operational concerns. On several occasions, we weren't even allowed to check the pet wash ourselves to verify the claims. It's extremely frustrating and frankly feels like the staff simply doesn't want to deal with customers using that service. As loyal customers who have chosen TSC for both pet supplies and convenience, it's incredibly disappointing to receive this kind of treatment -- not once, but multiple times, across different locations. The lack of accountability and consistency in customer service is unacceptable. I hope this review brings this issue to the attention of store management and the corporate team. The pet wash is one of the advertised features that brings people into your stores -- please ensure your employees are trained to either provide the service as promised or communicate honestly and respectfully with your customers.

I stopped in and I was there for 35 minutes waiting on them to "found the right keys" needed to cut them. 4 employees later and a lot of wasted time I was able to get them done.
