Worst bonding company I have ever had to interact with. I've been hung up on by office staff and…read moreby the owner, Mildred Battle. I have been trying to get my collatoral refunded for 6 months. They have recieved all paperwork and come up with one excuse after another about why it has not been mailed yet. So far it has supposedly been mailed 4 different times, but I have not gotten it. If I call the office, usually there is no one there who handles collatoral reimbursement. When Marci (the person who handles it) is there, she tells me I need to speak with the owner, Mildred T. Battle. When I speak with Mildred, she says I need to speak with Marci. The only possible explanation is that they are trying to keep my collatoral. Battle Bonding are scam artists! stay away!
