straight up. this guy needs to go back to school. i purchased a laptop from this guy. after 10 days…read morei brought it back because it stopped working. when i brought it back, also brought an older computer to have it checked out. the older computer had an extra battery. he looked at it switched batteries to check out the older laptop. after he exchanged the broken laptop and helped putting the older laptop in the bag i had both laptops in and left. when i got home later i couldn't find the extra battery. i searched my car and the house. two weeks later i returned the 2nd laptop because it also stopped working. i returned and brought the laptop back and asked if i left the battery from the older laptop. he said, no. when i handed the 2nd laptop to him and he handed me the 3rd laptop. i took it home and charged it up only find out this 3rd computer wasn't working at all. i then took it to another repair store only find out that it didn't have a hard drive and the screws weren't even in the back of the 3rd computer. save yourself and good someplace else.

I had showers that were leaking, kitchen faucets that needed changing out bathtub faucets that were leaking and a few other odds and ends. Ed showed up - got everything done. My tenants love him. I got the bill and was pleasantly surprised. He's very reasonable and stuck within his original estimate.

First of all, I would like to say that John sounded nice on the phone, even in person. But, I am…read morequestioning that now. He promised to fix my riding mower; it needed a new belt or two, one of the pulleys had to be fixed, he was gonna service the mower and I believe level the deck. Now, after I mowed one-third of my yard, I heard a bad noise, and smelt smoke. When I got down and looked, the deck belt had burnt into. I called John and we talked, and he tried to blame me, so, I took the blame Next, I got a friend to come put the new belt on, I started mowing my yard again, I kept having trouble with the belt, and also every time I tried to engage the blades, the belt would jump off. I looked on top of deck , and a rod was off on one side; this is where the problem was coming from. John had charged me $380. When I called him about the belt, he had told me to bring it back over there, but I had my friend put the belt on, because right now I don't trust John. Now it is either try to find an honest person to fix my mower( which is only about 5-6 years old.), or just go buy another mower.
