Good home health care is really hard to find at these…read moreagency's but at this particular agency you can't even find an English speaking aid all the aids speak Spanish and I don't mean A little bit of English I mean no English just Spanish!! I had to try to work with an app using translator and some of the time it wouldn't work so there was no communication! This is a ridiculous way to try to communicate ! What if there was an emergency and then what?!! These aids are supposed to be able to do important tasks in your life they are supposed to be able to go to the grocery store for you and get what you need,help remind you to pay your bills if needed, but if you have a question about your bill and they need to make a phone call to ask about it, how are they supposed to help if they can't even speak English ?? I was expected to use a translator app to try to communicate with an aids who didn't speak English that is not a way to do business is far as I'm concerned we live in America all of the aids should speak English and Spanish that's fine but not just Spanish either that or have both have English speaking and Spanish-speaking aids in this day and age there is no reason that all the aids should not speak English!!!! After all they were getting paid to service me and I was continuously working with them I find something wrong with this picture and after their aid couldn't do the services that were needed then they wanted to drop the service what is wrong with this picture you know then I was told that all the English-speaking aids they had were in Kissimmee doesn't something sound wrong with that? Then the couple they do speak English are not reliable and will only show up when they want to. If you know this, why would you employ someone like this?? Wow it just amazes me. I live in orange county in Orlando and I am NOT sure what is happening but these are the only services that seem to be out there this is pitiful!! Seems like if someone would open an agency where all aids were guaranteed to speak English they would have a gold mind because everybody would want to hire that agency it seems to be a consistent problem in the field and reliability because most of these aids are subcontracted and they don't show up when they are supposed to so these are two things that need to be corrected please somebody listen because people rely on these aids and these aids don't seem to care!!
