In response to my questions she was professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. The next day I was visited by the owner Jennifer to discuss and assess my needs. Jennifer who is a nurse showed a deep understanding of my needs and she and her staff provided home health aids who are skilled, compassionate, caring and helpful. Visiting Angels was always able to meet our needs with my mom. We used them with my mother-in-law too, and struck gold with her care giver. It was a little tougher with my mother, because we did not have a regular schedule, so there were several different caregivers over the course of the several months we used their services.
