I got swarmed by so much wonderful people!!! The folks there invest in my generation and the many young adults here!!!! I keep coming back because the folks are soooo tremendous and genuine!!!!! Thank you Pastor Rod and Mrs. Sheri for encouraging us to come as we are!!! Your Sunday suits, ties and your Sunday best is not required here!! And Pastor Rod messages are so relatable to our lives and very practical and let's not forget his amazing sense of humor!! It makes studying the Bible sooo fun!!!!! The folks are sooo friendly here!! It was ok since they have Assistant Ministers. A woman minister preached the sermon today and she did a good job. She wasn't as engaging and passionate as Pastor Doolin. (06/24/18) The services are always about 90 minutes or so and glow right along. The praise and worship team is always lively as well. They have a program with notes to follow and fill in as the sermon goes along. It usually has all of the Bible verses that will be referenced so you really don't need a Bible if you don't have one. The only suggestion I can offer at this time is for them to have more information about the different events and emotions. They give dates and times but they don't really have any literature explaining what each group is and does.

Many people at this church are like family. The sermons are always excellent and give me something different to think about every week. They provide Classes for kids as young as babies up to the high school level, giving them the ability to grow in Christ together with those their age. The church has missions trips, retreats, small groups, and provides opportunities for everyone to serve. The music is catchy which allows you to get into the song, but more importantly, connect with God on a more personal level. It is very different from a traditional church, but I doubt you'll be disappointed :) give Lifepoint a shot!

I thought it was interesting though because we did watch a live video recording from Columbia location, so I marked off a point for that. Just not my cup of tea, I guess. Just to avoid confusion, this location is at Randallstown High School. Tons of parking and space. This type of church reminded me of the one I went to back at home with the diversity, type of music, & the welcoming environment/people so I think I may continue to go here... but I definitely want to check out Columbia location too. Btw the address on Yelp vs the website show different addresses so just look out for that if you're new here.
