This is how a club should be, should look, plus spotless - very clean. The restrooms were impeccably clean. Adjacent and connected is the "Delta One" club but it was not open early AM. Beautiful architecture with lots of light. Lots of different seating arrangements from the private cube chairs, the "telephone booth" mini offices, belly up bar tops with lots of A/C outlets. Very cozy but open air at the same time. Not many people here but I was in very early. Definitely check it out if in Terminal E!

They checked my boarding pass, scanned my Priority Pass QR code and I was in for breakfast! They had some buffet-style foods set out like the usual croissant and muffins. There was also mediterranean potato salad, oatmeal, french toast, and an omelet station. I took a picture of the buffet foods I got but didn't take one of the ready to order food, which we could get delivered to our seat by scanning a QR code nearby and ordering off of the site. On the site you can also lightly customize the order to your preferences. The standout dishes (both not pictured) were Sapphire Sunrise Melt which was bacon egg avocado in a buttered brioche bun + the peach ginger smoothie! It was worth going to the airport early, just remember if you're coming for breakfast with a checked bag that the airline's counters may open 2 hours before first flight.

The breakfast was excellent and they had chicken sausages to boot. I was food since must places don't have turkey our chicken which I prefer. The staff was polite, even the people enjoying the lounge like us were nice too. This is something I can do every time I fly, I loved it. Now I need to try other lounges after this experience.

There was a big variety of healthy food like salads and prepared dishes in the warmers. They also had fresh baked cookies and brownies. In a few areas, there was a coffee, tea, and soda station. The club was pretty crowded but I had no problem finding seating near a big screen TV and it was quite comfortable. We found a spot to sit and I went to the bathroom. Well this same lady came in and yelled out last names as if she was looking for us. He said I'm right here and all she did was look at him and walk away. The food portion here was just alright reminded me of s hotel buffet type. There was an incredibly nice woman who came around and interacted with us asking if we needed anything like a drink . I had been to a few lounges prior to this and only had the most amazing experience at them and unfortunately this time this was a horrible miss for delta.

When we arrived at the lounge, the lady at the desk's first words to us were, "oh no, we can't have that in here". "That" being my fussy baby. Of course I understand everyone is tired and nobody wants to listen to an upset toddler, but I honestly thought some food would do the trick. Instead I had to sit outside in the hallway as she was adamant that her customers would 'go crazy' if I came in with my child. I wanted my other daughter and rest of my family to enjoy the experience, so they went in. We had 6 upper class tickets. My upset child paid the same amount as all the other people in the lounge. I was already upset about how upset she was, so I chose to walk away and not even debate it with this lady. It was really an awful experience at a time where ad a mother you already feel ao defeated We are flying back next week and will find a restaurant or area where my children are welcome to pass the time. I should have complained immediately, but my priority was to put my baby to sleep and just get on the plane without a scene.
