He did an interim repair to the door to make it serviceable and referred us to a contractor who performed the necessary renovation and then John returned to do measurements and get the order replaced for a new door. Our shower entry was a not perfectly "square" and required tricky maneuvering during installation. John and his team expertly made adjustments and the end result works beautifully. Swift response and scheduling for both the interim and final installation, friendly and knowledgeable. The referral he made for the Reno contractor was a goldmine. When I told him I would prefer not to share that, he said I was playing games and that he made over $3 million this year and didn't have time for my games. That he was going to do me a favor and try to help me out, but because I didn't wanna tell him the estimate and was playing games with him he didn't have time for me. The manufacturer backs up the warranty as we found out. One of the screens had a fault, so Dusty of Mid-del contacted the company. In a few days, a company rep showed up at our house and installed a replacement screen. I can't say enough about Mid-del. They were fast. They cleaned up after each window. They took down all the curtains and blinds and put them back up. They even fixed one of my curtain rods. I hoped that they wouldn't mess up all my plants under my windows too bad. I was surprised to find that not one plant had been stepped on. All this quality and service for just a little more than my neighbor paid for the cheapest windows at Lowe's.
