My 17-year-old Sundance spa would turn on momentarily before shutting down. The original seller service person I contacted deducted the problem was with the 220V service and stated no problem with the hot tub. The electrician, who later came out, checked the service and it was fine. I contacted Jimmy at All Knowledge Pool Service, and he was able to determine the sensors were keeping the hot tub from staying on. He further found a problem with the motor wiring that caused a "flo" error related to the first technician misconnecting the motor following his trouble shooting efforts. Communication with Jimmy was excellent throughout the process and I'm happy to have a working hot tub again. read more

I switched from a large company to All Knowledge Pool Service. Erin returned my phone call within a couple minutes. Very friendly and set my appointment for pool closing almost immediately. No waiting 1-2 weeks. Jimmy did a really great job closing my pool. I have a hurricane cover and he was able to get it on the pool and tied down by himself. He said he hadn't done one before,but he figured it out immediately. All at a great price. All around great job!!! I really appreciated Jimmy's diligence and knowledge on how to get my pool right. We had some problems and he is being very helpful in taking the path of least resistance to get it right. He made great recommendations to help me keep the water balanced, after having the pool company (who put the pool in) send their maintenance out who probably messed up the pool water balance. Pool maintenance is beyond my scope of knowledge, so when our current home came with a pool, of course the family was so excited. We checked all the stores that catered to pool maintenance chemicals but our pool water was green remain green with very little clearance from the chemicals we used. Jimmy is a nice guy.He was always polite. He bills you a month ahead of time. We only come to Vegas part time. We pay Jimmy full time. When we came to Vegas this time, the pool was in terrible condition and Jimmy's excuse was that he didn't know we were coming to Vegas, and so we couldn't use the pool for the time we were here. The final blow is when Jimmy called us and said we needed to replace the whole filter. I asked him for price and he gave me a quote. We asked for an invoice and he refused to let us see what he paid for the filter. He almost doubled the price of the filter and then charged a lot extra to put it in. He thinks it's clever to screw his clients and many of his customers never realize what he is doing. I had a discussion with Jimmy where he bragged about being a business man and this is how business works. If he tells you to change the water in your pool, get someone else to do it and he will stop making up things you have to do. BE WARNED If you have Jimmy cleaning your pool and want something extra done, get bids from others. Jimmy will not give you a reasonable price just because you have a long time relationship, and so you should always get bids from others. We have several pools and several pool guys and so we know what we are talking about. We got screwed because we trusted Jimmy. Screw me one time, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me. After requesting a quote through Yelp from All Knowledge I received a response immeiately. I explained the issue I was having and they scheduled the owner, Jimmy, to look at our pool the next day. It had been a faint green for 4 weeks and although I was paying another person to clean and add chemicals to it, it wasn't clearing up. I then realized the person I hired was only skimming the pool, not even vacuuming much less adding chemicals. When Jimmy arrived he was super knowledgeable and within minutes knew exactly what was wrong. He added some different chemicals and said it should clear up in a day or two. And he was absolutely correct. He showed me how to back wash and made a little video for me of all of the steps. He then called me 3 days letter to check on how the pool looked. Unbelieable service, professionalism, and knowledge. All Knowledge Pool Service is now my go-to pool company. They closed my pool for the season this past week and did a beautiful job. My pool was a mess! I had someone else "open" my pool and all that happened was taking off the cover. I got in touch with Jimmy and OH MYLANTA he is a magician! I was at a loss as to what to do and he took over. He puts in chemicals and he own "special ingredients" to get my pool in the best condition it has ever been in! Jimmy is responsible, easy to get a hold of and makes sure that the job is done right! read more
