Prices pretty on par with like gas stations. I like they have tap pay and you dont need to slide your card into a slot. You normally wouldnt think if going to gas station for ice cream, but we have often done that here. The peach ice cream you can only purchase at UDF is seasonal but delicious. Highly recommend their ice creams. Hiwever, today I just came in for air due to an almost flat tire. That went badly due to user error. First air isnt free. Which I feel it should be. Second I sliced my finger pretty bad on their air pump. Then I managed to do the opposite of what I had intended: I managed to deflate my tire vs inflate it. What a mess. Had to call my helpful husband to rescue me as even with all my advanced degrees I couldn't figure it out. Probably because I was freaked out about my cut finger. Who knows. Sheri the store manager is the rudest person I've uncomfortably had the pleasure to be around. My friend drove in and we were getting gas and I went in to grab some drinks, as I walked in I overheard a woman talking to someone like they were stupid but kept to myself. Once I came up to the register she abruptly stopped me and asked if I'm on 2 very rudely. I kinda didn't know what to do so I said idk what # I'm just getting this and she ended up yelling at my friend who walked in asking for help with the pump. I felt so weird being in the middle of this awkward situation and felt bad for my friend getting talked to this way by this older stranger who's supposed to be a "manager" Never coming in if I see this woman working the front. read more

Without a doubt, best low prices on gas. They are even recognized by Gas Buddy for their regular low prices. I admit that I do not partake in many of the interior offerings. I have been known to pick up a seasonal peach ice cream, which was generous. I have paid at the counter when the reader at the pump was glitching. I find that the staff are helpful and friendly. Not like most that treat you like you are interrupting their social media phone time. This location does have a car wash which is helpful. I believe I was even offered a discount with fuel at the register. The car wash is average conveyor quality wash for the same price as a Moo Moo average conveyor quality wash. It's a good place to enjoy your ice cream while waiting. The fuel pumps have always been available at 11PM and at 5AM, so maybe this is a 24 hour location. To the business owner, I would be happy to give you 5 stars if these items improve. I need clean washer fluid to clean my windows. We notice if water has been added. We notice if clean has been added to the filthy residual. Think of it like washing clothes. When it's time to refill, dump, rinse, add clean. I know squeegees wear out, but they need replaced at THAT time. Not quarterly, or bi-annually. My second point is the restrooms. I try not to use them because when I have, they needed attention. I stop here several times a week whether it be for gas or coffee before work. It's super convenient as I live close by. It seems the gas is generally cheaper here than other places around town. The coffee in the morning is always fresh and with a variety to choose from. Some of the employees are a little odd....but generally friendly for the most part. The car wash is a joke.... I recently stopped by at my nearby UDF store 677 at Warner Rd to fuel up my diesel truck. As I was fueling up, the pump was making a strange sound and noticed I was not getting any fuel. I stopped immediately, unfortunately the pump showed $27.46 . I went into the store and spoke with the staff and about the situation and they admitted there was something wrong with the pump and they will bag it off. That was good and the right the right thing to do. However, the situation then went downhill in that they would not refund my money. The general manager was in the store and gave me a corporate number to call about a refund. This is NOT how to treat a loyal customer who has been supporting this location for over 20 years. The local store would not refund or credit my $27.46. Today, I called the corporate number for customer service and they explained they could not do this and I would have to contact another corporate number on Monday. THIS is RIDICULOUS and FRAUDULENT! I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge and will never support UDF again. Too bad, they have great ice cream and many nearby locations, however they seem to ignore the customer and I have about two hours into this issue. read more

DO NOT use their car wash unless you want damages done to your car!! I took my car through yesterday, and my front left wheel is now totally scratched up and ruined from the pulley system that pulls the car into the wash!! My car is newer and on lease so I will be responsible to pay for the damage when I turn it in. I have wrote a letter to their main office and waiting for reply as to how they will compensate for this. I doubt they will do anything. I will update my review once I hear from them. This location is very close to me and very handy. Gas is often a few cents less than others and they have a good beer selection as well as grocery items and, of course, great ice cream. Manager is very friendly and helpful. Staff seems to change alot, but I think it is the times. As if a few weeks ago, masks are no longer required to enter the store. read more

Went in last week and have been meaning to do a review. Stopped in around 940 on Wednesday for some late-night ice cream and walked up to the counter to wait in line. The cashier finished up with the previous customer and then proceeded to just look at me- no greeting, no nothing. It's a gas station and I'm sure people here don't make much, but as a patron of your employment a simple "hi" would suffice. I asked for a rootbeer float and the cashier, named Charli, visibly rolled his eyes at me! I had to do a double take as I couldn't believe he rolled his eyes while LOOKING at me! He could have at least turned around and THEN rolled his eyes! After his dramatic reaction to my request, he turns around and references this book that I'm assuming has recipes in it, and flips through a couple pages and then exasperated, he calls another employee up to help him. Now, I understand referencing a recipe guide if I was ordering something extremely complex but a rootbeer float is literally two ingredients. Rootbeer and ice cream. Imagine my confusion as I had to stand there and wait for another associate to come help him. Stetson came up to assist Charli and from his name tag he was apparently the asst mgr. He asked the problem and Charli said he didn't know how to make a rootbeer float and Stetson seemed as confused as I was. "Root beer and Ice Cream." YES!! Finally, someone knows how to make this extremely difficult drink! Charli said he'd never made one before and asked how much of each ingredient to use. Stetson informed him that I had ordered a large and that was 3 scoops of ice cream and a can of root beer. Sensing my growing irritation Charli looks over at me and says "this is how they train their employees!" Normally I wouldn't say anything but that comment just irritated me and I replied "well it's just a root beer float." They both looked at me and proceeded to pair up and quickly finish my drink. Once that whole spectacle was complete I was throughly ready to leave so I paid and left in a sprint of sorts. Such an exhausting experience. Oh, and look at the picture of my end result. For being a 'large' and costing over $4 I would have at least expected my 3 scoops and a can of soda. Never going back there. EVER. read more

I went in at 5:30 this morning to get cup of coffee instead of making it myself this morning. Two out of three people that was in the store had no mask. Which is a big issue with me. It's not the first time. Made a comment to the cashier about customers not wearing masks when they come in. Manager came out and talk to me while I was making my coffee and said that he was tired of me coming in and complaining about his customers not wearing mask. I thought this was mandated by the state in public pace places to wear a mask. He said Some of his customers refuse to wear one when they come in. I don't think that's right when I wear one every time I go into a place out of consideration for others. So I've left my coffee that I made sitting right there walked out and I will not be returning. WORST CAR WASH EVER! First of all there is no signage stating they don't take any form of payment other than cash in exact change until you pull all the way in the track. When I drove out of the at wash the drier didn't work so my car was soaked. Worst of all the final rinse didn't even get all the suds off my car! I paid $9 for a car wash that was less effective than a damp rag. I will definitely be going out of my way to get my car washed at an establishment further from home with better results. They would've better off shutting it down in my opinion. read more

Great for gas, best price around. Horrendous car wash. NOT worth the $7! Go up Hamilton to Captain Car wash or MooMoo Express! It didn't even get the bird poo & bugs off my windshield! I've gone in once for ice cream and the wait was long b/c the staff had to service both the cash registers for the gas customers and ice cream customers.
