Five years ago this company sold us a Generac, whole house generator. They neglected to install it per building code, and squawked when confronted. Called with an overhead light fixture issue and had an appointment set for the next day. A notification was sent immediately confirming the appointment and window times. Another alert was received just prior to the confirmed time updating on the tech's location and how far away he was. When he arrived he found the problem within minutes.
