As an Emerald member with the one World alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Royal Jordanian. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell again

On my way to SFO, I asked for a coffee and chugged most of it. The flight was so short that I had to give it back before landing! (The flight was literally a skip and a hop long.) It's been awhile since I've been on a commuter jet. In my sleep-deprived state, I commented, "Cute plane!" and then the flight attendant chirped back, "Aw, you're cute!" Friendly staff on both legs of my flight. Clean plane. No Wi-Fi or little TVs, or anything like that, but planes will vary, I'm sure.

This is not about the location it's about the airline itself…read more Flew from Vegas to Dallas from Dallas to Cancun. Our connection in Dallas was so close, that we RAN through the airport! Gate attendants were incredibly condescending, impatient, just rude. 8 of us traveling together, one a pregnant woman. The response we received about not having time for bathroom breaks or food was "you should be prepared for that" while we understand the accountability in our part, with such a close connection that the airline booked for us was a joke! We nearly missed our flight! Zero opportunity to purchase food in flight. Just a disappointing experience for all of us. We've never flown America Airlines, and never will again!

Tossed me in a middle seat opposite side from my partner. Today they've delayed our flight 4 times and bc the only seats free are in first class, they refuse to allow us there as it's reserved for medallion. Spent two separate hours of my trip with 5 different cust service agents who all transferred me as they don't have "authority" to help me. They do not care that I have family, pets and a job to get back to. Delays and changes don't bother me, it's the lack of care and attention and refusal to make it better
