    Super easy to work with and fast at getting you approved. We love Ashley there she made all the paperwork and the whole process really easy!

They seemed like they would genuinely help us when my daughter had fraud committed on her account. Opportunities for improvement Calling them for anything is rough. I've been on hold a ton. The fraud department is the absolute worst!! They are hard to understand and they often cannot help after waiting a long time!!!! And they tell you you will get a letter but they freeze your accounts. Long story shortened. 18 year old daughter... very independent but not wise. She got tricked into opening a link through an email. And the following month got hacked on an app she hasn't used in years. We reported to them as soon as she told me about it. They drained all of her funds. Over $2200 from savings which took her several years to save for a car!!!! And $250 in babysitting money in her checking. Then they canceled her debit card and froze her account for 2 full months while they investigated. Then they credit her back the funds and say that it is a temporary decision but she is still not allowed to add a new check to her accounts. Then a few weeks later they say "we have confirmed the transaction was authorized or initiated by you therefore you are liable". So a hacker stole around $2500 from her and they decided it was her fault for using the cash app on her phone a few years ago.

When we pulled up and before we were even out of the car, Davis popped out of the building ready to help us in our search. We were interested in new CRV's and HRV's and decided to test drive both. We found The One, a beautiful 2026 CRV EX-L, loaded with all the bells, whistles and latest tech. Davis was super professional and had ALL the answers to our many questions. While we were there for hours and getting tired, Davis made this experience seamless and very easy, walking us through the process every step of the way. I came to find out that Davis had only been employed at Bend Honda for 3 months and that he was new to the car business. Could have fooled me, he seemed like a pro to us! Mom loves her new car and she'll probably be calling you soon to get a further rundown on some of those bells and whistles. Thanks Davis!!

Getting it completely repaired and…read moreputting the inside of it back together was a long haul; from the second week of February to the second week of April. Bend Honda did pay for the electrical repair. They refused to replace the carpet, which took weeks of hanging in my garage to dry out. They did not pay for the windshield which was the cause of the problems. Nor did they pay for the replacement of the key fob antenna receiver that was ruined by the windshield leak. You see where I am going with this. They did however, insist that I sign a document that agreed that I would not require anything more from them before they would agree to pay for the electrical repair. The electrical was an expensive endeavor and I understand that eats into their profit. But, the car was not in good condition and that would be their responsibility. And they just were not nice about handling it. I still have to fix the key fob antenna, but at least I am driving it now! As much as I would like to endorse Bend Honda, I cannot. Please save yourself the trouble. Visit another dealer.

    People love to bag on big banks, deeming them corporate bastards, but here's the thing: if you keep…read moreenough $Skrilla$ in your account here at B of A, they won't ding you left and right with those erroneous charges. Yep, money does in fact grow on trees folks, so it's up to each person to get up in that tree and pick that money! Now go do it. Boom. This particular branch of B of A is great for many reasons. The location = can't beat it. All the action happens on this wild corner of Greenwood and Wall, plus they even tell you the outside temperature with their nifty digital temperature billboard. How cool is that? Also, the branch just underwent a fabulous remodel, way to modernize guys...so light and bright. I can't post this review without talking about the fabulous staff. The folks who work here are all so nice, efficient and willing to help with anything. The manager Aaron is super professional, laid back and approachable. Brett the investment wizard will help you figure out finance and investment stuff (make sure to ask him about Jujitsu). The bank tellers (Madison, Mimi and Theresa) are great and ready to help you with your account transactions. Downtown Bend is lucky to have this bank!

    on december 4th i used their drive-thru atm and requested a withdrawal in the amount of $1000 usd…read moretheir atm machine said hardware malfunction -- your cash retracted. no money received! my account debited this entire amount.... over a week ago this happened, the bank was notified immediately of the situation by phone, and as soon as they opened next business day, in person. the first impression was not good, they acted as if they have nothing to do with the atm machines attached to their own bank with their logo on them. i got the feeling that they care less to return my money. a week + later i still have not been refunded! beware they are theives... other banks would take this situation seriously and return the victims money at max 3 days but most likely 24 hours... these scums cannot be trusted.... they are screwing me over, i cannot pay any of my bills or buy daily essentials. i suggest anyone who banks with them to think twice, you might want to close your account, they care less about people, they are a crooked unethical business. ( they cannot be trusted with your money) ..

At this location I was judged to be "irresponsible" after having a heart attack and losing my job several years ago. Back in Portland, I once let the teller talk to me about another credit line because i qualified at a really low interest rate. He then passed me off to a guy behind a desk who further tried to sell me on it. I took the brochure and thought about it... pretty quickly determining I don't want more credit out in my name. Then a few weeks later I get a credit card in the mail... what?! That guy forged my name and opened the credit line without my knowledge or consent. I'm married now and my wife and I have gone to a credit union in town. We're very happy there! Also US Bank charges 50 cents per mobile deposit! That's a huge percentage of your money they are harvesting and for a service that is convenient for both customer and bank. This means they are ripping you off! Our new credit union has free to use mobile deposit. F the big banks! They had my business, but they squandered my trust.

I accidentally ended up at US Bank where I was greeted by Amber who quickly put me at ease explaining that they do not pull a credit report and that as long as I didn't owe another bank money I'd be ok. She was right and we proceeded with opening an account for me without any issues. What I want people to know is that I was treated with dignity and respect even though my little dab of money won't make or break US Bank, they sure made me feel like it might. More than that Amber is working with me to help keep my credit going in a forward trajectory. I left the bank feeling more important than when I walked in, that's for sure. Thank you Amber and US Bank for turning something uncomfortable for me into a positive experience. Made my day and week ahead much easier!

Lobbies closed and one drive up window open. I was 14th in line. Not just NO but HELL NO! Close early open late! You continue to cut staff and hours! I have just over 22,000 clients of my own in a town of 80,000 and I will do everything I can to make sure your will not get any new clients from any of my clients. I will bash your Bank every chance I get. You have earned it!
