Thankfully we had cash cause we would have been screwed otherwise after having waited an hour in line and no signs warning about it before you got to the attendants. It was $30 for parking for the show which being from NY didn't shock me too much as I've paid worse but I felt i should warn others so they are prepared. lol. The train station is right next to the arena so it would be a good alternative to avoid the parking fiasco. The bag policy is also kinda crazy? Took me forever to track down a bag that met its criteria. Also fair warning they don't allow you in with cigarettes, lighters, or anything like that. They seem crazy strict here. The concessions stand and merch section bottle necks before the show so unless you wanna stand there crowded like sardines I would recommend taking some time during a set to go grab what you want as it is much easier. Even if it does mean missing some music time. It saves you so much time, aggravation, and claustrophobia lol. Drinks are also SUPER expensive. Overall I would probably see a show here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice of venue.

Also the vegetable tray didn't come out with ranch dressing so I asked about it and they made due with what the had. They put it in a bowl with a ladle. The other thing that bothered me was the electrical within the elevator. Screws missing and open holes. We had quite a few little kids in our group riding up to the suites and it would have only taken one of them to stick their little fingers in and zap.

We've gone to Dodd Stadium several times now for drive thru covid testing. Keep in mind that the…read moreline can get pretty long, so we always plan to get there 1-2hrs before they open. There are 2 different lines, 1 for essential workers, priority and then a standard community line. The staff comes to your window before you go in and radio in the information of those testing with your ID. If you have an appt. they have your information in the system and print out the info on your vile. When it is your turn, you drive into the tent and the staff comes to your window to do the test once you confirm the information on the vile is correct (name, and D.O.B.). They are friendly and the process is quick, so it's not a horrible experience. If needed, they have paperwork to hand you to review the process and information. You don't have to touch anything, just roll your window down and they do the swabbing in your nose and put the swab in a vile and into a separate individual plastic bag for processing. Once you're done, they open the door and you can drive out of the tent. Your results come later via the contact information you provided.

An historic stadium!…read more The stadium has been renovated and much of the physical history seems to be gone. The stadium is comfortable. We saw a Jackals game and had field level seats. The online ticket purchase msp and our seats were completely different. The seats themselves were comfortable and there was a table. The game photographers obstructed our view. There was no screen to protect from foul balls. The staff was helpful and parking was easy.

McCann Arena is located on the campus of Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. It seats about 3,200 fans and there is not a bad seat in the house. The men's and women basketball team play all their home games there. I took in a game yesterday with the wife and seat behind the home basket, 2nd row aisle. Awesome seats and for $12 each, not a bad deal. Parking is free, but if you get there 15 minutes before game time your parking all the way down the other side of campus. The campus is hilly and it is a nice hike to the arena. They do have a free shuttle service that takes you to the front door of the arena. Food options are limited; hot dogs, pretzels, pizza, soda and water. No adult beverages, only for The Red Fox Den members, a booster club. If you want to support local college basketball, McCann Arena is as good as it gets. Affordable tickets, free parking, easy to get to and if your lucky a Marist Victory.

Quite an elaborate snack. -I'm slowing down my food pace so I don't fall asleep before the Sister Hazel show at 8. -Fried butter is fine if you want to say you had fried butter but you can skip it. -Smoked salmon in the Maine building was great. More surprising is that I also enjoyed the "Big Sexy" combo at Broccoli Bar. -I like the efficiency Farm-A-Rama, sort of a greatest hits collection that has some animals like goats and alpacas, giant pumpkins and local apples on sale for 50 cents each. -Sister Hazel did a fine job on their one major hit and also tore it up with a couple of cover tunes. You have to like a festival that books Chubby Checker (Friday at 2) and Queensryche (Sunday at 8).
