Someone picked up immediately, I believe her name was Christine. I let her know it's an emergency as the line was flooding into my lawn. Within half an hour, Sam arrived, diagnosed the issue and cut the line off. The busted pipe was on the city's side, and he advised me that while they can go ahead and fix the issue, it would financially be more beneficial for me to call the city and have them repair it and pick up the cost. Sam cut the non-potable water service off which resolved the issue until the city was able to come out and repair it. Despite Champion giving me a notice ahead of time that there is an upcharge since its afterhours, they only charged me about 160$ to come out and do the work as it was quick. Sam was extremely knowledgeable too and works with integrity, and Christine did an amazing job keeping me informed on the status. I hope I have the opportunity to use Champion Plumbing on future work.

I had a leak and water was in the Mater bath, the dining room, the laundry room and the garage. I…read morewent to the location in Fort Myers and made an appointment for someone to come out. When the Tech came out and looked at my manna block system he said that you need all new plumbing in your house. When I aske where the leak was coming from he said that I need to have a leak detection company come and look for it. I paid Aztec four hundred dollars and they sent out Expert Water removal to find it. When they came out the could not find the leak either. But they did send me an estimate for eighty one hundred dollars to dry out the floors and walls. A neighbor suggested I call Corbett Cooling and have them check my air conditioning that sits in the garage. I did and after two hours he said it's all fixed. I said what do you mean all fixed he said the air conditioner drain was clogged and backed up in to the walls. He said there is no charge and keep an eye on it. Everything is all dried up and there is no more water in my house. I would have spent an arm and a leg replacing all the plumbing and would have still had a leak.
