I'm a member through another vehicle, and today, my wife's car needed a wash, so I went to the Super Star Car Wash Express location. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing right from the start. 1. Confusion at Arrival: As soon as I hit the driveway, I was unsure if I was in the right place because the logos didn't match. It caused unnecessary confusion until I finally spotted a sign with the correct logo. 2. Malfunctioning Screen: Upon arriving, the screen didn't respond at all despite my repeated attempts to push the buttons. I even inserted my card, but nothing happened. I honked for assistance, but no one came out. 3. Help Button Issues: I pressed the help button, hoping for assistance, but still no one responded. Eventually, the screen flickered to life, but it barely worked. 4. Repetitive Membership Offers: During this frustrating transaction, I was offered the membership four times, which felt excessive and unnecessary. I had already made it clear that I wasn't interested. Ultimately, I will return to my usual Super Star Car Wash location because they excel in customer service and provide a much better experience. read more

I L O V E THEM. The management is AMAZING!! He hires the BEST team. I LOVE COMING HERE. I never thought I would be excited to go to a car wash lol! I wish more companies operated the way that they do. They are so pleasant and caring and authentic and well mannered and well spoken and the customer service is superb. My dog loves them. I really enjoy coming here I actually have kept my monthly subscription mostly because I really enjoy being treated so nicely after dealing with such a hectic world every week. So this is really my happy place and it feels nice to have a clean car and typically I wouldn't really care about that but now it's such an enjoyable experience that I end up coming here. So I really hope that they get the recognition from corporate that they deserve! The Manager with the glasses and I think Justin the kid really everybody is just absolutely honestly a lifesaver when it comes to feeling respected and seen and cared about and it's just saying hello to them every few weeks and them being so pleasant to deal with! I used to come here every time I needed a wash, but for the last 3 washes, I was left feeling let there's less water pressure and air pressure. I got the second highest tier (out of 3) for $21 and I can honestly say I've gotten better results from washing my car with a water pitcher. There was so much water left over, after I finished, my car looked like I just rinsed it, no soap or work on anything else. I don't know what changed but I no longer feel like it's worth the value anymore. Today I did go right before closing so I can assume they started shutting things down but to have me pay "premium" prices only to be given a worst quality wash than the basic tier at any other establishment is absolutely unacceptable. I do think the staff were really polite about the entire situation and even helped with the screen portion when I parked too far. But overall I don't think even Jesus himself could be a good enough staff member to make me consider spending money here again read more

I don't normally come to this location but my boys get their hair cuts next to this location. The people at the beginning are nice, person when entering are nice, person cleaning stalls after is nice. Only complaints I have are, there were no clean towels in the bins to use in the two stalls next to me, so I had to walk across the way to get clean towels. When I went to the bin the towels in there had dirty stuck in them and were super dry. The vacuum to my left, the nozzle fell off so I had to hold hose and nozzle while vacuuming. The vacuum to my right didn't have a pad for the vacuum I don't know if that helps the suction help the other vacuums, but it didn't matter cause the hose had a crimp and wasn't sucking that good. So for me, this location needs to be maintained better. Don't know what happened but I remember it being better. read more

the absolute worst fucking company everrr. they denied that their wash caused these damages! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE & ESPECIALLY DO NOT TAKE TRUCK WITH RACK THROUGH THIS WASH we have been a member here for a year now and have asked them if we could bring a truck with a rack here before, they said yes and we've had our cleanings here many times (rack included) never had any issues until today! the rack of the truck gets stuck in one of the mechanics of the wash, shattering the windshield and blasting glass all over our faces, bodies, items, everything! luckily we closed our eyes so we didn't go blind. but i am left picking glass out of my skin, bleeding, & they had the audacity to try to blame us for this in the end? in the submitted claim report for this incident the manager destiny decided to lie and say "no" to any photos & not submit the pictures of the damages that we watched her take of the vehicle after telling US to clean up the glass? now we are left having to deal with the damages.. unprofessional staff.. your staffs mistake, my money, time, & health! i come to this car wash every week, sometimes even multiple times in one week so it sucks getting something as simple as a car wash done is now a severely damaging situation. i'm at home writing this, picking glass out from my skin. good luck to anyone dealing with this corp. UPDATE: just went this morning to take care of the claim information with destiny jennings. she was completely disrespectful, regurgitating the same lies over again. she says that trucks with racks aren't even allowed in the wash but yet admits to the fault of another staff members negligence that caused this to happen! again, we've been through this wash with a truck rack many times before so either way you look at it, that is completely ON YOU! if the truck rack "isn't allowed" then why was it in fact allowed here many times already?.. going against your own rules here.. she then asks us to REMOVE the review or she will refuse to help us any further. she said "you can go deal with the claim yourself because i won't have anyone leaving me bad reviews" how grossly selfish can you possibly be? thank you for further proving our point as to why this needs to be published destiny! she's also claiming that WE are the liars here.. astonishing that our lives were put in this amount of danger & disorientation to not only us but our family members having to help us in this situation + we lost money causing more stress to our livelihood because this vehicle is our means of living and couldn't show up to work because of the damages. how is it that we're the ones being treated horribly afterwards due to a mistake made on your staffs behalf? we are beyond disgusted with her behavior, this establishment, and the way we have been treated throughout this entire process. we will let others know just how inconsiderate & shady the individuals that run this specific location are. arrogance at its finest.. such a draining situation.. read more

This is the worst car wash and the worst corporate customer service. I complained to the general manager of possible damage to my paint that worsened after a few car washes. I filled out a claim form. Received an email that day denying my claim without even seeing a photo. I am still trying to get someone to respond as Stephanie will not respond to any of my emails. I began trying to cancel three memberships online and the website is so glitchy it didn't process for at least one of my vehicles. Dawn Dyer, another claims rep said we needed to cancel 7 days prior to membership being charged. No exceptions for their faulty website or subpar service. This company is so crooked and just out to take your money without care for you as a customer or your vehicle. So many reviews I now see of similar situations. I've been coming here since they opened. There are absolutely no clean towels. I've been here for about 30 minutes cleaning my car had to walk over to another area and get new towels not once did anybody come out to take them out or bring new clean towels in. I have been here multiple times at a few minutes after 7 AM and I've had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get my car washed because they are not "ready for business". Horrible customer service, came through here signed up for a membership a month ago. Apparently the employee that signed me up put my plate in wrong by 1 character... no big deal, just correct it . The female manager was literally yelling at me that I went online and changed my plate to a wrong plate (why would I do that???) and she was all upset at me because she had to fix it. Maybe that woman is having a bad day and needs a hug but she was so rude to me when I did nothing, I wasn't even mad when I looked my account up and saw the plate was slightly wrong. read more

Their wash damaged my license plate and cracked my windshield going through and when I filed a claim with them they stated that there was nothing in the wash that could do that. They refused to let me see the footage on their camera system that would clearly show that the wash malfunctioned. Their regional manager Andy gave me the runaround and was less than useful. They refused to even refund my wash and said they would just give me a free wash for next time. Not pleased at all. My first time using this car wash and I got the most expensive wash. As I was in the wash I noticed I didn't get any colorful soap on the car, looks like I just got sprayed a few times with mostly water with some suds. I come out the car wash and park to vacuum, look at the car and it's completely filthy! I noticed they didn't give me a towel either and luckily I had one in my car so I had to literally scrub the dirt off my windows as much as possible. I was about to go inside but at this point I'm over it, also pregnant so I just don't feel like doing all that. I'm pretty disappointed and will probably not return. read more

In general they have good service, but they must do a good daily check and maintenance on the washing machines since on three occasions I have had soap residues in the car and also some parts continue to be dirty with dust and it is already discouraged to make the claim and repeat the wash since sometimes you do not have the time to do this. read more

One of my work trucks had it's windshield smashed while going through the car wash. These crooks have denied my claim and are refusing to compensate me. Exact same thing as Samantha P's reviews just a month before this...a truck with a rack. And the manager, Destiny, was rude and of no help. Same thing with their corporate office. Do yourself a favor and find another car wash. These people don't know what they are doing and probably have really old equipment. Just imagine if you get hurt by this. My worker got glass all over him and was very lucky he didn't get it in his eyes. The guy who helped me said there was a Promo that day that if I I i pay $22.00 I will be able to do 3 car washes for that price so I agreed. To make the story short, I was enrolled in a monthly membership and $22 was debited from my Credit card I used for 3 month (Dec, Jan and Feb) and $29 a month for April, May and June. The car wash completely ripped off my splash guard on my car. The on-site manager was clueless and had no idea how to file a claim. Once I finally was able to file the claim for damage it took them a full week to respond to me (form says 24 hours) and they concluded it was my fault after a "thorough investigation"... The rail system your tire goes on somehow caught my splash guard and completely ripped it off yet it was my fault? I went here previously with the same car with no issues. The staff is all clueless teenagers and the general manager was no where to be found. When I pulled out of the wash my splash guard was dragging on the floor making a very loud sound. The on-site manager didn't even offer me a refund for my sub par wash that caused over $300 in damage. Stay away from here if you value your car. Fantastic new car wash in Wildomar. Everything is top of the line and the wash itself is very thorough. There is a free vacuum available after each wash and a wet towel service available by the vacuums that is free of charge as well. If you need assistance with anything the sales manager Jessica is running to each car checking to make sure they are taken care of. Great customer service! At first they seemed legitimate. I added my wife on. After several washes they my wife's wash almost 50%. There customer service is non existent. They say the web site of the phone so one time you can barely make it out. If they do not give my wife a credit for the overcharge I am canceling both cars this week. I have on several occasions, not gotten the services I've paid for. Recently, the wheels on my car have been noticeably dirty after the wash. On the numerous occasions, the tire treatment has not been working. Today I was assaulted by one of your so-called managers. I am really complained about the repeated failure of your wash system to clean my wheels and tires and apply the tire dressing. I was told I could obtain a bottle of spray to apply it myself. When I confronted the so-called manager with my complaints about the repeated failure of that feature that I paid for, I asked him for a spray bottle and he denied having any. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL CARWASH!! I took my Mercedes through this car wash when they first opened and the machines malfunctioned and tore them off my gas cap and dented the whole back side of my car the GM (destiny) is a straight up liar with terrible customer service I've been dealing with their corporate team to get them to pay my deductible for the repairs. Destiny told me at the time of the incident if I ever come back and she is there I will be able to get my car wash for free. It's taking me a few months to build up the courage to even want to go back to this place. I came today because my wife's car is pretty dirty, I drove up and asked if the GM was working (Destiny) the worker went to get her. She immediately tried to act like she did not remember me, and has dealt with many of the situation since they have opened, I proceeded to show her pictures and the incident statement from the time that this occurred, and then all the sudden, she vaguely remembered, and even acknowledged that she said that I would be able to get compensated with free wash when she is working, but still refused to let me get my car washed. Instead, she made me back up, making the car behind me have to reverse out the line in order for me to get out. My family & I will never be coming back to this place, This is an awful franchise.
