In general, CVS Health has not been a compassionate place for those of us with chronic illnesses. It may be fine for people who only need the occasional antibiotic or short-term prescription, but for someone like me--who manages multiple medications every month and often has to try new treatments--it's usually a nightmare. Adding in a pharmacist with zero empathy and an obvious ego problem only makes the experience worse.
