Instead of simply acknowledging the mix-up, Chloe responded, 'You said strawberry açaí.' While she did offer to remake the drink, the response came across as argumentative and dismissive rather than helpful. Mistakes happen, and I wasn't upset about the drink being made incorrectly -- I just wanted it corrected. A simple 'Sorry about that, let me fix it for you' would have made the interaction feel much more respectful and customer-friendly. I hope this feedback helps improve how concerns are handled in the future.

Anyways, the workers at this location are typically nice, the service is okay most of the time, and I appreciate how it quiets down at night and is a good place to chill in the later hours. I will also mention that I tried their iced tea in the hopes that it would be better than the watery coffee, but the iced tea was so strong that it was barely drinkable.
