This a place seems like a nice small mom and pop, we walked in expecting that warm at home feeling you usually get from small businesses. Yeah right! It was over priced and customer service this location is not worth your time. We waited to be helped and when the guy came to help he slouched in his chair as if we were bothering him. This place is totally disorganized. Frame samples are everywhere and some are even missing, matte samples are grubby. When I came to check on my order, a month and a half after placing it, I found one of them in process was about to be done wrong - wrong framing, and about an inch off the vertical height. He offered nicely to redo it. We'll see how he did... Recently, he called and told me my order would be ready the next week. I arrived and it wasn't done. I said to just call when it's actually done. He called back that day and told me it would be done the next day. Ugh. At one point during my order process, one of the staff came out and berated the person taking my order. Meanwhile someone else waited. There are plenty of great frame shops here. There is no reason to go to this place. read more

Was recommended by a friend because I need a frame for an artwork that I bought. The guy that helps me offered several choice of frames and matte borders to match the color scheme of the artwork. Since the border of the lithograph had some foxing stain on it, he gave some suggestion if I want the matte border to cover the stain. I opted partial covering because the stain is close to the watermark authenticity marker of the litho. Finally he quoted the price of the work and it's a bit steep but I just fell in love with the frame so I said ok. About three weeks later, he called and said the work is done. It was beautiful and the frame enhanced the picture, it belong to hang in a museum or art gallery. High price but high quality work. read more

I recently printed an extremely large photo of mine (over 30") not knowing anything about framing and how pricey a nice frame can be. I researched countless options, everywhere from Michaels crafts to high end framing options and United Picture & Frame Co was by far the best option out there! Not only were they affordable (even without my Groupon!) but their quality was fantastic. I was told it would take about 6 weeks to complete my large frame and they stuck to their word. The person who wrote a poor comment about their pricing must not have researched AT ALL. The quality I received was equal to a high end frame store that wanted to charge $800+ for a pretty basic frame. I paid way less than half that price for a much more elaborate frame. I would definitely recommend this place, their service was great!! read more

Hard to imagine how this could get worse but it did. I was driving home a few days ago and got a call. It was someone from United Picture & Frame calling about my Yelp review on the 17th. So, he was calling to fix the problem? Nope. He was calling to apologize for the problem? Not a chance. Turns out he was calling to ask me when specifically I had emailed about the missing order because he "couldn't find a record of the email." Unbelievable! I asked if he had a record of my order? Yes. (Of course he did, he had to to get my cell number.) Had he sent the frame I ordered? No. Had he ever contacted me about the order, even after I asked for a refund through PayPal? No. I finally told him, "we're done talking" and hung up. So beware, not only is the service horrible, it can get even worse. read more
