What was scheduled as a simple $100 service call to add a single space to my panel was immediately escalated by their technicians into a $13,000 verbal quote. They claimed my entire service line and panel were "compromised," yet they refused to provide the written diagnostic report I paid an additional $150.00 to receive. For three weeks, I was subjected to a cycle of misinformation and delays. My interactions with "Rob" (owner Robert West) were particularly unprofessional; after misleading me for weeks and stalling my project, he promised a full refund that never arrived. I was very worried after hearing this. Completely ignored for weeks. Rob gladly cashed my check though anyway. This company appears to rely on high-pressure "emergency" tactics followed by a total lack of accountability once they have your money. We paid over $9000 for all the work which was supposed to include repairing our walls. As of today, June 3, they have never returned to repair the walls they cut open in the first place. We have sent texts and called and left messages for them. We were promised that they would come last week, again they were a no show, no call. Would never use or recommend this company again.

The electrician pulled up in the driveway and asked my roommate to move the car. The car could not be removed and the electrician left. I called the electrician two and a half hours later and he began to berate me as if I was the one in the driveway which I was not I am handicapped and confined to my house for the most part. He did not hear me . Electrician said he was partially handicapped and that he did not want to install ceiling fans today anyway and hung up on me. I am just perplexed how this company continues to stay in business. I would not allow or recommend Whipple electric to replace a light bulb.

So, to reply directly to what was written in Google: 1. Coming after business hours was not a favor to us. It was an inconvenience. Our time was wasted. 2. The diagnosis provided on-site was exactly what we already knew and communicated. I even told the tech on-site the issue was written in our home disclosures when we bought the property. We weren't looking for another consultation... we were looking for actual work to be conducted. 3. What benefit is it to provide a quote if we can't reach anyone to come back out to do it? Unfortunate!
