Work Day Arrived! They took the time to clean, power wash, and remove any tough stains like rust or oil I had from my grill. They clear away the old sand and strip the sealer before preparing to lay new sand. What I really Liked is they did not rush the job, they showed me a few trouble spots and then got to work to finish the job. In the end, the sand laid out great, the pavers shined in the sun with two coats of high gloss finish. Erick and Bryan finished up wearing spiked shoes as to not get the new pavers dirty, again GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL, then wiped down the bottom of the pool cage and did many other things that only true PROFESSIONALs know how to do. The person that came out had filthy clothes on, most of his teeth missing, would not get out of his shabby looking truck, and acted very disrespectfully. He did not give me his name or business card. I explained to him what I needed. He spoke to me in a very condescending manner, and told me a price, which I did not respond to at all as they claim I did. He kept repeating himself about what needed to be done, and I told him okay I will let you know. He then responded by calling me "Madam". I then told him not to call me "Madam". He then used "Ma'am" without ever asking what my first name was. While he was talking about the trees I was needing to get trimmed, he started raising his voice and telling me loudly, "Well , this is going to cost you a lot of money. " I then told him, Look, you are very disrespectful . You need to leave the property immediately, and do not return. I never at any time told him any price I wanted them to pay. I felt an obligation to report this to warn any future victims of this company, that violates the code of conduct posted by Angi, to avoid them , and beware of doing business with them.
