However, do not hire them to pressure wash anything. When my lanai was finished and dry I walked out there and there were still spider webs, mold and dirt on my screens. I took a rag and started wiping things down and the white rag was literally black with dirt. I contacted them asking them to make it right and got a bunch of lies and told to have a blessed day. I could have hosed the lanai down myself and it would be cleaner. They do not stand behind their work. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. Or save $300 and hose your things down yourself. It will be cleaner than when they finish a job. Worst pressure wash I have ever seen in my life.

House turns out clean with absolutely no damage to lawn or plants. Service at a surprisingly reasonable cost. Also, fantastic work cleaning our windows. Luke was able to get rid of dark stains near the edge of windows that prior cleaner failed to remove. A bonus, Luke used his latter to change out batteries in the interior of our house that is high and hard to reach. Highly recommend!
