Anytime I had any questions they would answer in a timely manner even when they were working other jobs. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process of demolition which could have been overwhelming seeing our home torn apart. This company (Servpro) is geared to deal with events that are unusual- flooding, fire damage etc . . . which means that the situation is chaotic. Yet, this owner was condescending because we did not clearly state to her that we would be filing this under insurance, after the fact, and acted as if we were jerks because we were doing so when we contacted them.
