I've been met with vague responses, missed timelines, and long stretches of silence. Once the immediate leak was stopped, management effectively disappeared. Old buildings have problems--but competent property management takes responsibility and follows through. This management does not.

On my last meal, one of the servers spilled practically an entire bowl of clam broth on my dining companion. There's nothing that can really be done about that, as even if you were to receive a comp, you'd simply have to endure further time in the restaurant. I was luckier, as that same server merely spilled a glass of water on me... They do offer a nice clubhouse, complete with a fitness center of a far higher caliber than other associations of its ilk. There are decent locker room facilities as well as an indoor pool for use during colder weather. There is a card room, teen lounge and other facilities as well. The pool area has been improved by a quick-bite grill area. Any money spent here goes towards the monthly expenditure requirement which is nice. There grounds are well-kept. Tennis courts, basketball, children's playground, and center lake complete with paddle boats. The entrance is gated and staffed 24/7.

They do not care that they work around people's homes, places where people need to live. They will lose documents and physical checks and not apologize for it. If a property uses them as their management company, tread with extreme caution.
