We have had a great experience with THM. Very responsive and knowledgeable, but not at all "pushy."

I've gone back and forth with how I feel about this company. I'm going to replay the experience up…read moreuntil now and let you decide if you would want to work with them. Spoke with Damion on the phone, set up a time to meet on Saturday, which he agreed to. I made plans around that meeting and he canceled that day. We met another time in which I was able to give him the security deposit. Fast forward to move-in day. It was snowing and I had my father and brother come from out of town (Dad came from Salem, MA). I already gave Damion the security deposit and made the first month's payment online. A confirmation number was sent to me and the money was withdrawn from my account. Standing in the kitchen with Damion, my brother, and Father, he insisted I get a cashiers check. We agreed to meet at the Walmart down the road where I waiting in line over an hour to get the check. It was Dinner time and starting to get dark (Uhaul was sitll full..). After walking out of Walmart I don't see Damion. I call him and he tells me to meet him another 20min away because "I have four wheel drive" (in a dickish tone) - I meet him, give him the check and go back to the place to unload the uhaul. After unloading it came to our attention that the furnace hasn't been turned on, nor has the yard been picked up as we agreed. The company did credit me $150 for not following through on the yard clean-up. Next I was told to measure the air filter for Damion which I found extremely inappropriate. However, I did end up doing it. So that was all a month into the process. Now it's May, about 4 months into the lease and I have taken the liberty of doing yard cleanup (leaves, twigs, etc.) and also removed a large pile of trash (rusty metal, glass, even diapers..). I didn't feel comfortable with my dog using the area in that condition. I left this in a pile by the road for pick-up as per Damion's instruction. It's been a week and the only person that showed up wanted to see if there was anything of value (I could've saved him the time and tell him there wasn't). I've never met the owner before but from what I see, Pro Property Management's only function is dealing with the lease paperwork and taking payment. They did help me replace the dryer in the unit but they knew it was broken before I moved in and it was far from simple.. What do you think? Would you guys be happy with them? -**Response to Adrianne** - The clean-up then, and the clean-up now are different. If I was the landlord, I would be ecstatic that the tenant cleaned up some garage. See the picture as reference. I don't think it's fair to say you understand my frustration, because frankly you're not it.. I already sent a copy of this review to your email and not sure what else there is to discuss.

She went "above and beyond" - even helping me fix a problem area in the kitchen. The property looked fantastic when we finished with it so I said "why don't we see if we can sell it ?" To my surprise, she found a buyer with excellent financing! Elegant staging props were placed to enhance the listing. The property photos were gorgeous ! The offer was exactly what I wanted & negotiations were a breeze. The entire process went smoothly. It was the least stressful real estate transaction I've had in years. Excellent communication & very helpful with all aspects of the process. Highly recommend!

I worked with Peter, but glad I did because it prevented me from making a huge mistake by moving…read moreinto one of his apartments when I clearly should not have. Saw postings for a 1br apartment in Stamford, which looked to have good Sq footage, large rooms, great light, and a nice porch to hangout on; however, once arriving to the place shown on Zillow, not only did Peter show up 20 minutes late (to traffic... shocking!), but also showed me a completely different apartment. I was in a bunkbed apartment, where rooms were awkwardly leveled ontop of eachother, the rooms were dark, no access to the porch, and out of the 11 photos that he posted to Zillow only one matched, and that was of the actual house. I was rushed through the apartment and still decided to take the apartment for convenience purposes (reduces my drive to school by 45 minutes). Peter told me that I was able to move in within one week, which was fine with me. After leaving, Peter asked me to fill out an additional application sent via email ( I suppose the one on Zillow wasn't sufficient, although I paid an application fee for background check and pay verification). Anyways, I filled out his application, but it asked for my bank account and social security numbers. I was not going to send him that information again, because it was already verified on Zillow. Subsequently, I submit the application and he then proceeds to text me requesting my social security number. I hesitantly sent it (he claims he needed to run a background check, but zillow does all that for him). Needless to say, after I sent him my social security number he never reached back out to me. No follow-up. No explanation. No denied application. Just nothing. In my opinion, Peter is unprofessional and out of touch with reality! Do not rent from this agent nor agency... something just isn't right about them!

There was a serous lack of oversight, follow-up, and basic checks and balances. We discovered numerous issues, examples; no collection efforts were being made on delinquent units, late fees weren't being charged, invoices were paid without required Board approval, some payments were duplicated or incorrect or work was not properly completed so vendor should not have been paid, owner bill-backs weren't being done/processed so when Felner provided a budget, they recommended a significant increase in condo fees. Knowing this was wrong, we dug into the expenses and discovered units were not being billed back along with various other issues. Felner also paid themselves from Association funds without the required Board approvals. Repairs went unaddressed for months, including serious issues, while unit owners often received no response to emails. Maintenance contracts and reported problems were not consistently monitored or addressed. Ultimately the Board had to step in repeatedly to identify the problems, inform Felner of the problems and push to have these and other problems corrected. Very disappointing experience. We are no longer with this company, yet we are still experiencing problems; they continue to send invoices to Unit Owners for condo fees as one. I strongly recommend that anyone using this company, look closely at all of this for your Association.
