They gave me prices because it's out of warranty. Should last longer than a year. The cylinder was made in India and the motor in china. So i went to harbor freight and bought a cylinder for $200 and it's lasted longer than there's. Never will by from them and they are a local company for me. Sad they went down hill on everything

The first time they charged it for the wrong amount, $1000 short of the quote. Then they recharged it for the correct amount. Fine, no biggie. We collected our equipment and received our final receipt to show payment and went on with our lives. Two weeks later, I receive a separate charge for over $700. We immediately email the company and plan to call in the morning. I check my account in the morning and they did it again, another $700 charge! They over drafted my account, and her answer was, "I am not billing, I don't know why they did that." Then tried to explain some hidden fees that are BS and we had to explain that we have already sent over documents for tax purposes, already paid the service fees, etc. It is outrageous that a large company such as this one has this type of billing errors. Not to mention they have a woman handling customers that is absolutely incapable of good customer service or competence. I have other small business owners who actually refuse to purchase here because of her. Equipment is 5 stars, service/billing is negative and I do not recommend.

Workers are completely unprofessional, disrespectful and inappropriate. You would think the workers…read morebeing in full uniform and in company cars/trucks, they would act professionally in a public place. My family and I were trying to have lunch in a restaurant and about 6 of your workers were across from us having a conversation, excessively using profanity. We were not the only family near by either. We politely got up and asked them if they could please keep it down and instead of apologizing they got defensive and responded with "Oh we can't be loud anymore." Yes sir, you may be as loud as you want, that's not the issue. The issue is the constant swearing in front of children, in a family restaurant! And maybe try to represent your company a bit better. Even one of your fellow co-workers seemed very embarrassed on they way you guys were acting. They ended up leaving and bad mouthing/cussing as they headed out the door. The other families and even the waiter thanked us because apparently they were like that all throughout their little company lunch.
