Guy showed up, took photos of my roof, was about there about 10 minutes. Paid him $400 cash-- He did NOT patch or fix the leak because it was still leaking the next day. He returned a few days later. Said he "got it this time". Again, it was STILL leaking. He refused to return & do the job I paid CASH for. He should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of a single mom. Do NOT recommend for roof repairs. He didn't refund my money for not actually doing what he was hired to do.

Discovered recently that they used "inside wood" not outside wood for railings on porch. They just used 4x2 and did even try to replicate the original railing. I had a very experienced carpenter fix ALL my railings (and replicate) for over 1K less.

Very happy with the subs they picked and their on site guys were very courteous and conscientous. Sometimes they would suggest things I hadn't thought of that would make it look better.
