To hear the options and them explain that they can do either but wanted us to understand that it eventually would be best to replace and it's not much of a price difference to replace it versus repairing it. Overall, this plumber went above and beyond and came the next day. They gave notice before they arrived as i had requested. They were professional and respectful.
