The truck did not slow down or brake to make a right turn on Palmer Road, so much so that the truck had to come into my lane to negotiate the turn and straight at me. I attempted to call the business to inform someone, but the phone number rings to the cell phone of the driver, who is also the owner. When I explained why I as calling I was met with an irate tone "YEAH I JUST PASSED YOU, YOU HAD PLENTY OF ROOM". This where a simple "hey, I'm sorry, I just got some bad news and took that corner too fast, my apologies" would have had me saying "hey no sweat, all good". But instead, like 10 years before, the first reaction was to dig his heals in and insist nothing was done wrong.

I do my own work when I can, so I have some good experience with minor electrical projects. I'm also a perfectionist and do everything up to code or better. I've had folks come to my house and do work that was merely adequate. I wish I remembered the electrician's name, but his work was up to my higher standards.

I have had to call them every step of the way to get them to correct their mistakes. The project manager Alvin and his supervisor Julian both fail to return calls. At one point I questioned why they reported they sprayed a solution on my walls when they didn't (it gets billed) and Julian's reply was "maybe the technician was thinking about doing it" he expressed that he was very busy, almost to say as if I'm not. He will answer no questions with certainty and sigh like you're bothering him by calling. Alvin will blatantly just not call you back. He will say he's going to email things to be transparent and correct mistakes they have made in the past but then never follow through. At one point that had 3 dehumidifiers in my house but only 2 were running (but they'll bill for 3). They had the technician show up at any time he wanted even though we had specific scheduled times. This company is a scam and unreliable. I would never recommend someone to trust them to do the right thing when it comes to their home. The days we spent going back and forth with them and trying to get calls back, could have potentially caused our house to have further damage. I can only imagine the insurance fraud they have going on here.

Woman in the office is not nice / friendly. Would not lift a finger to make anything more than the most Minimal Effort 2. Did not return my call after 2 business days, so I had to call back (see number 1 for reference on how That went,..) 3. Having had them do work for me, I'm not quite confident in their work. Charlie was energetic & personable, the other guy was gruff & shut me down before I'd even finished my sentence - on more than 1 occasion. I get its not a glamorous job, but it doesn't mean you've got to be miserable to your clients.
