United picked up a porta potty at our property and left 'debris' on our driveway including fluid, solid matter and TP. I asked the driver if he was going to clean up. He said no and drove off. The attitude of the driver was poor. These companies should be prepared for these biohazards and deal with these spills properly. Better options are out there. read more

I've been in construction for 27 years as a self employed general contractor and a senior construction manager for a big college in San Diego. I've reserved toilets hundreds of times. Its always $200 give or take for a month. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for $736. When I called them, they said the CDC recommends twice a week cleaning, and I agreed to it when I reserved the toilet, and if I didn't ask how much it costs that's my problem. These guys are terrible customer service, and straight up dishonest. Hire Diamond Services instead. I'm going to their office in person today to fight it out. They stated "most contractors don't care how much the rental is" Is that a joke? $736 for a basic single stall toilet? For a month? She said twice a week cleaning is twice the cost. Ok, so that would be around $400 a month. Where do you get $736? Liars, dishonest, thieves. Don't hire. read more

Very disappointed in this company, especially for how well known they are. A good example of an expanding business making money their number 1. The only reason I feel comfortable with even a single star is because the driver is very sweet and got the job done... when he actually showed up. I enrolled over the phone for a monthly payment that included a weekly service & gave the rep my credit card info. Throughout the next few months our service was not fulfilled weekly as we agreed upon and an excuse about the weather or such was given. I was never offered a prorate and a service on another day to fulfill service for the week would involve an additional $75 fee (for a service I was already paying for!). I must have called in close to 10 times regarding missed services over the next couple months. Then to top it all off, 8 months later a collections agent contacted me to inform me that the original rep didn't set up my auto payment correctly and I haven't been being billed each month (I dont micro manage my cc & it wasn't declining so my cc wasn't alerting me either), I never received any notice prior to, none of the reps I spoke to mentioned any issue with my billing or a balance. The ruthless collection agent made no effort to accept any fault on their behalf and demanded their $1150. I wish I had known then, that I was signing up with a very unprofessional, unorganized, unreliable company. Please beware!!! read more

I have used these guys for several years. I needed to get a portable toilet for my Landscaping Business and requested a quote. $330 for a single toilet with weekly service for 30 days. This is more than twice what I paid three months ago. These guys bought Spanky's a couple of years ago. Spanky's was a local company that did a great business and was very reasonable. This company has overbilled me several times, didn't send invoices for months and then tried to charge me late fees. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I am moving my business to Diamond Services. This company originally communicated that they could assist us with our specific ADA porta potty needs, for which we contacted them for a month out from our event. After 3 weeks of communication and assurance that they could meet our needs, they pulled out of our contract for unknown, unexplained reasons leaving us to find an alternative partner in one week for our event. The communication is absolutely horrible and they are completely unreliable. I highly recommend using any other vendor when it comes to simple requests for your events needs. read more

Never have I had someone with such attitude and rude remarks talk to me when I was only requesting a SMALL request of getting a porta potty that I PAY FOR to be cleaned. I wouldn't give any stars if I could. The only good thing about the company was my Rep., the customer service and getting a porta potty removed is horrible. I've been trying for two weeks to get a removal and I was told "they are busy". Also, if there is an event happening (think Coachella) then the current customers get thrown aside and get no help whatsoever. I've since pulled my account from United and moved on to do business with another local company. read more

United was quick to deploy a portable toilet for our home renovation project and was timely, consistent in weekly cleaning. However, closing down the service and reconciling the account has been very disappointing. The online request to terminate service and remove apparently doesn't work. It took several tries and follow-up direct emails and phone calls to effectuate. Beware of final billing procedures as well. I never received a clear final invoice and although my account had been on automatic credit card billing, I then received a past-due invoice notice a year later. How there could be a past due invoice on an account with automatic payment and why they were chasing after me a year later for less than $30 on what seems to be their own procedural issue? In the end it appears to be accurate but horribly poor accounting timing and service. I personally will not consider for my next project a company that can't bill and process payments clearly and in a timely fashion. read more
