She asked me questions that were personal and in appreciate! Out of the blue she asked me if I had high blood pressure! WTF?? This woman was incredibly abrupt, rude and her behavior unwarranted! At one point she pretty much told me to get outside and get more exercise!! I couldn't believe the friggin' rudeness of this person who represents the tax payers!! Good thing I was smart enough to record our conversation, because I'm still deciding if legal action is warranted!! I personally don't understand how people such as this woman get into such positions! She was pretentious and presumed to know my circumstances!!
