Upon first visiting Primrose, I was incredibly impressed with the new, clean environment. Everything was up to date, security was on point, and things appeared very sanitary. The director at the time was very kind and knowledgeable, and she did a great job selling me on all of the reasons why Primrose would be a great fit for my daughter. I felt good about the decision, and a few days later gave my deposit for her to start when there was an opening - which they promised would be no later than end of September. End of September came and went, and no word from Primrose. We came to find out that the director I had spoken with had left, and we were completely forgotten about. Red flag #1. Once I finally got through to them and had my daughter start, it was one issue after another. I specifically asked them not to give my daughter milk. She was given milk on three separate occasions. Each time, I reminded them - both verbally and via handwritten notes. Since she does not drink milk, she was dying of thirst when I picked her up and would suck down her water on the way home. Red flag #2. I was told (and it was documented in paperwork) that a backup lunch is offered if the child does not like what is provided. It was communicated in my daughter's notes three times that she had not eaten any of her lunches. Thankfully, I picked her up before nap, so it was not an issue and she was able to eat when she got home. Red flag #3. In the short time (three months) that my daughter attended, there were not one, not two, but THREE different directors. I understand there is turnover in the childcare industry, but WOW. Something is obviously very wrong! Red flag #4. And finally, the last, and most notable occurrence. I wrote up an email outlining all of these issues and sent it to the franchise owner, Jana Massary. She took her time getting back to me and let me know that she had "several meetings" and would be back in touch with me later that day. From the moment she called me, I knew it was going to be a bad interaction. She was incredibly rude, demeaning, and, quite frankly, the exact opposite of the type of person you would want caring for your children. She issued zero apologies for anything we had gone through, and proceeded to hang up on me in the middle of the conversation. I would say that she's someone that clearly can't take negative feedback, but what I provided her were straight facts and experiences that we had while my daughter was in their care. It is clear that I would advise anyone and everyone from choosing somewhere other than Primrose. There is nothing "warm" about the school, and it is clear that it stems directly from the leadership. It is no wonder that teachers are electing to leave at such a rapid pace, and from what I've heard, families as well.

Classes geared towards preparation for kindergarten cost extra as well as any other fun programs. The registration fee is 75, 25 if you register early. The staff offers moderate feedback. I participated in this school for one year. I left because the school age teacher was unkind to my child. I spoke with the teacher to try to get a better understanding and the manager of the school. I don't think the teacher was reprimanded. I like the location of this center, if it weren't for the teacher we would still be there. Children under three and infants are well cared for.

The teachers are hands on and communication is fantastic. We get pictures and updates throughout the day and every time I would walk in the door I was greeted with a smile. They remember you and build a great relationship with your child. The preparation our daughter received at Medina Goddard for grade school allowed us to send her to Kindergarten with confidence and most importantly she was a confident 4 year old ready for kindergarten. The facility was clean, the classrooms are nice and again, the STAFF WAS AWESOME. Thank you for treating my child and our family with such kindness, we appreciate your hard work and attention to detail. I highly recommend this school and location.

The staff don't even pretend they care when I am around, so I wonder what happens when none of the parents are around. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first couple times as I know it is a hard job to be caring for multiple babies, but I have more children in full time daycare and have NEVER experienced anything like this before. My child's first day there, she got scratched in the face "by a friend". How are you allowing the babies that can crawl and walk to be around my newborn long enough to claw her in the face? It is also extremely expensive and you can basically pay someone for 1:1 care for the amount that they charge per hour while they can have up to like 12 babies in there at once!

Neglectful and borderline dangerous…read more Our toddler daughter was recently pulled after a series of repeating incidents over about 2 months. She returned home with severe bite marks 4 times, without being informed or any formal reports being issued. I needed to speak in person with the director to insist that the bites were properly documented and reported. She fell from the top of a table and hit the back of her head. Our daughter regularly comes home with severe diaper rash, the final straw being severe rash on both legs (and other areas) that took almost 2 weeks to heal! She was walking with a waddle when I picked her up and her clothes were covered with and smelled liked feces. Checking the tracking app suggested she did not receive a diaper change for the last 6 hours of her day. Compared to our time at home, the teachers are clearly lying on the app with "dry diaper checked" instead of changing a dirty diaper. If an investigation was done I would not be surprised if they are failing to meet the state mandated number of diaper changes. I'm not sure what the excuse was, but there is apparent high turnover and inconsistent caretaking. With the exception of only one teacher that we were aware of, the teachers might as well not been watching the students. Stay away, there are other, safer, options in the area. When we finally pulled her from this facility, after a verbal conversation with the director, she acted "horrified" and promised we would not be charged for the next month. Well, like the lies in the app updates, she lied about this one too. I only wish we could have trusted our daughter's meltdowns earlier during 100% of the dropoffs in the toddler room (after acclimating to the prior room). She clearly was trying to communicate the neglect but was unable to. Any parent's nightmare.

I went home right away and paid. This was back in December of 2021.I received an email stating my kiddo was approved. I was so excited for her to start. Well today is January 27th and my emails have been ignored. My calls not returned by Sarah, the Director. But of course somehow they were able to getting around to charging me $560 for services never received. My little one has never stepped foot in their facility. My apologies for the lengthy review but I just had make it known that I would never recommend a company who takes care of children and feels it is professional to take someone's money then them more money for services not rendered.

Parents, please read--this was a deeply upsetting and disturbing experience…read more We were matched with a nanny through this agency who was presented to us as a top-tier candidate. Without warning, she quit on the very day we brought home our newborn--leaving us suddenly without childcare during one of the most vulnerable moments for our family. Any parent can understand how stressful and destabilizing that is. In addition to our newborn, we also have a toddler at home who was already navigating a major life transition. Bringing home a new baby is a delicate adjustment for any young child, and consistency and stability are incredibly important during that time. Losing our nanny so abruptly only added to that disruption, making an already sensitive situation even more difficult for our family as a whole. What followed made the situation even worse. Rather than a professional transition, she proceeded to criticize and insult both our parenting and our personalities. This came completely out of nowhere, as she had never once communicated any concerns to us beforehand. After the fact, she began raising concerns about certain aspects of the role, including specific duties and the possibility of occasionally picking up additional days. What was especially frustrating is that these expectations were clearly outlined and agreed upon in our contract from the very beginning. Nothing she referenced was new or unexpected. At any point, she had the ability to communicate concerns or decline additional responsibilities if she felt uncomfortable, but that never happened. When we spoke with Allison the following day, she acknowledged that the nanny's behavior did not meet the agency's standards and expressed sympathy, even stating that no mother should be treated this way--especially during the postpartum period. However, when it came to a resolution, her stance shifted. She referenced the contract and claimed she could not control how "expectations may have changed," using this as justification for not making any exceptions. This reasoning is simply not valid. The expectations had not changed--they were clearly defined from the beginning, and the nanny always had the option to communicate or decline if she felt uncomfortable. Despite the abrupt departure, the unprofessional behavior, and the timing of this situation, we were told we would need to pay an entirely new placement fee to be matched again--even though the nanny had not completed a full year. As a business owner myself, I understand what strong business practices look like. Unfortunately, in this case, it felt that the focus was more on financial policy than supporting a family in an unusual and difficult situation. There was no meaningful accountability taken and no willingness to support a family placed in an extremely difficult and emotional situation. Perhaps most concerning is that this nanny remains in their database, meaning another family could very well go through the same experience--while previous clients are left to bear both the emotional and financial consequences. I will absolutely be sharing this experience through word-of-mouth so other families can avoid going through something this traumatic. I am not the type of person to leave a negative review, and it's something I truly wish I didn't have to do. However, no mother should have to endure the level of emotional distress and cruelty that my wife experienced just one day after bringing home our newborn--regardless of personality differences or opinions on parenting styles--and see no accountability. I can provide our nanny contract, which shows the concerns she raised were outlined and agreed upon. The only breakdown in this relationship was your candidate's lack of communication; we have text evidence confirming she expressed no issues until she abruptly broke down. Regardless, the issue remains that your focus appears to be on protecting your financial interests rather than addressing an unjust situation for your clients. I strongly encourage other families to work with a different agency
