I agreed and stood to the side to wait on Rick, when an older lady walked in and asked for help, the employee threw his hands in the air and fell over the counter yelling IT MUST BE A FRIDAY!! I've never experienced such immaturity from a company and asked myself why did I come here. After waiting an hour to have my package boxed I told the employee to give me my item and I'm leaving. I said this is unacceptable and to act his age (mid 60's). In the end I walked out and drove to the UPS store in Forney where I was greeted with respect and ultimately shipped my package within 10 min. I finally was able to book my cat a spay and vaccination appointment mid January for an early February appointment. Listen to the reviews that tell you to arrive early. Everyone checks in at the same time. Someone will start to form a line outside the door before they open, so be prepared to stand outside in the dark with your pet. I arrived a 6:30 and there was already a line. Once they open, they will split you into two lines, one for cats, one for dogs. I luckily was the sixth one in the cat line. With that being said, it still took an hour for me to get my cat checked in and for me to drop her off. My cat was spayed and got three vaccinations for under $120. My cat has healed perfectly and without complications. I am so happy organizations like this exist because paying $300-$400 for a spay sounds insane. Pricing is very reasonable here. Yes, it gets extremely busy and wait times may be crazy, but I'm not complaining with all the money I was able to save by going here.
