Friendly service, short lines, local…read more This location is everything that I'm looking for when I need to make a stop at a post office. I usually use Click-N-Ship and print my labels at USPS.com and visit this location to have the package scanned so the recipient can see their package has been accepted when they track it. This location is my favorite for this reason, usually the Mesquite location on Grubbs is filled with other customers and obtaining a receipt for the reason stated before turns into a long wait in a line of 15+ people. The Dallas location on Tom Landry is nice because they are open until 10PM on weekdays and 8PM Saturdays and 6PM Sundays, which is king to be able to have packages scanned in on a Sunday and even late evenings on the weekdays, but that location is quite the commute. So this location is my go to for these reasons.

Instead, go to Taylor Mail Center. You will be much happier. The prices are the same or cheaper in some cases. The people running the place give a sh**. They explain why things work the way they do with carrier and shipping companies....so you can understand what the hell is happening with your packages. It's amazing to walk in this place and be greeted like a friend. And to ask questions and get answers. If they can't give an answer you like then they will point you in the right direction to find the answers. USPS doesn't have the time and they DON'T CARE. This place will. Just trust me. I have dealt with the Forney USPS location for over 3 years and it's a total joke. A new building or renovated building won't fix the issues that exist with USPS Forney location. Nothing will. So, when you are faced with doom, look for an alternative.....Taylor Mail Dude!!!! Maybe they should change the name to.... Taylor Mail Dude.
