This place is an absolute joke. Easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had…read moreanywhere. The staff is beyond rude--talking down to customers, raising their voices, and acting like you're an inconvenience for simply asking a question. I was treated with zero respect and spoken to in a humiliating way in front of other customers. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If you don't want to deal with people, don't work in a customer-facing job--simple as that. We're literally paying for this service, and this is how customers are treated? No accountability, no courtesy, no basic decency. Management needs to step in because this kind of behavior should not be tolerated anywhere. Avoid this location if you can. Save yourself the frustration.

I was hesitant to come the first…read moretime myself, but after two visits and reliably delivered packages, I think it's safe to say this USPS is legit. I probably wouldn't come here if you have a lot of questions or need a ton of assistance, but for quickly dropping off mail and standard packages, you should be good to go. There is only one person working there, but I've never encountered a line. You can also grab a bite, gas, lottery ticket... whatever you may need, really. I see that as a win all around!

The line moves quick and fortunately has the Certified mail strips on the counter for easy accessibility. Don't make the mistake of thinking they will tape your box shut, I ended up having to buy a roll at a steep price just so I wouldn't waste more time in finding tape in my car or having to come back with it sealed. When you don't have to overnight a shipment, this is the best priced postage option. There's nothing like properly securing your package and sending it ok it's journey than from a authorized post office location.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. Three…read morepackages delivered by one of Amazon's sellers. These items were urgent to finish a building project, we live overseas and had we been advised it was USPS, we would simply have found a different vendor, however, we only found out AFTER we ordered. We sent our freight forwarder to collect these items, once we confirmed they were received by the Post Office. The Post Office in all it's wisdom said they are sending our packages back to the sender because they are too overwhelmed to hand our packages to our freight forwarder. They won't answer the phone or return messages. SERIOUSLY!!!
