Went in person to research the package in a locker waiting 15 minutes to come to the "special door" then another 30 for the lady to forget she was supposed to be helping me. "Oh, I forgot about you." or "That informed delivery sure has made my life hard," is just some of the things I hear out of this location. Where is DOGE when you need it? lol Do we need informed delivery or just another scam? Shame Shame. Do postal workers still have to take tests like they did way back? lol If not, bring that back for some basic skills. This PO makes me want to move from Mansfield but dang I really love Mansfield. Darn shame. After the locker incident, I went outside and a lady stopped me to tell me she has to file another complaint with the postmaster they can't seem to delivery her mail. The neighbors gather on the street sometimes to trade off mail. Gave me all the info I needed. I put it off because of the holidays and forgot. But after missing yesterday's mail and receiving today's mail while comparing it to informed delivery, I am going to follow through. When my daughter got the package, her birthday card containing a $50 gift card was gone! Also gone was a ring I mailed her. The only thing she received was an old knitted sweater. Do you think it's a coincidence that the only thing that made it was not worth anything? I think not! I am SO UPSET and the only thing the manager would say was "oops. Sorry." He did offer to send me $100 but that does not help the loss of my daughter's birthday present, including a family ring.

The guy behind the desk said this was the best price.. Cheaper that the post office and FED EX. AS I was in a hurry I paid the $32.00. I found out later that this was DOUBLE what I would have paid if I had gone to FED EX. The package would also have arrived 2 days sooner. NEVER again..... It is a shame that there are business like this that take advantage of people.

I was in a long line for counter service with same 2 packages. A lady came out from the back with a scanner ready to help anyone she could. Scanned both my packages in 5 seconds & I was on my way. Highly recommend the Mansfield Post Office! The Arlington Tate office on SW Green Oaks needs to learn from them on how to provide great customer service.
