This is amazing! Somehow I left my drivers license ( with my old address) at this post office. Luckily VIC found it and listen to what he did- he found the package I had sent, looked up the address of where I sent my package from, GOOGLED it, called them- and had them relay the message to me that he had found my Drivers License. So I just came back and picked it up. VIC is a life saver. We need more people like him in this World. read more

I was so nervous when I saw the overall 2 star review for this location. Whelp, at least they're consistent and refuse to do their jobs. I go request a mail box key for the mail unit. I just moved in the neighborhood. They call me a few days later to say pick up the key. The key didn't work so I took it back to them. Now it's only one person that does keys and she didn't do that one, so that one magically appeared out of nowhere and opened box 8 instead of my box. I could see someone else's mail. Truly a joke, when I guess she returned from vacation, it made sense to make this not a priority and do 2 weeks of catching up and if I wouldn't have called today, no telling when I would get the key. They say Friday but I won't hold my breath. Now I have to go drive and be inconvenienced and pick up my mail, because of the incompetence going on.. then they want to try and justify their mistake by telling me what they see in a log. Look lady, I only picked up a key you guys called and told me was ready, brought it back when it opened my neighbors box instead of mine in front of a USPS supervisor. He could have fixed the issue but wanted you guys held responsible for your own mistake. Now you're on the phone telling me the one person who does the keys don't have it logged and never been to this address. Which is neither here nor there to a customer. I don't know what you guys processes are like. It's definitely one thing, flawed!!! And it's more than one person making keys if she doesn't have a recollection of it. I believe this is the only Post Office location in Frisco which is one reason for the extremely long lines. The staff is nice and attentive but prepare to wait a while. There are usually only two or three tellers working. I also recommend bring your own supplies to close your boxes because priority supplies are they only things available. You can also purchase if needed such as boxes and tape. read more

This location has terrible customer service. On 10/2/24 I witnessed an employee yelling at a customer as they started their conversation. The clerk told the customer something and when he began to speak she yelled NO! She didn't even know what he was going to say. She just cut him off. It was disgusting to witness. I went to speak with clerk, Vic, at the counter and he immediately gave me tape and told me to tape up my box. I said, I don't need to tape my box, I have questions. He was not able to help me mail my package to my Marine in Japan. Apparently USPS no longer helps mail international packages to our service members. That's incredibly disheartening. He told me to fill out the custom form online, print it, and come back so they can scan the barcode and mail the package. I did that, showed up and was told I need to pay for it online then drop it in a box to be mailed. So they don't need to scan it. There is no prompt to pay online following printing your customs form I might add. I hope my 3rd attempt at mailing my package on my own goes ok. I really hope USPS reconsiders helping families mail packages to their loved ones serving our country in the future. Military families are already going through so much, online options and onsite assistance would be helpful. read more

Feels like USPS doesn't give a crap about our military. Packages from their location and everything has everything has to be done online now to create your shipping labels and customs forms. Which you would feel like would be a good thing I don't mind that but what I mind is going into a location where every single person who works there's only answer is I don't know why it doesn't send you the QR code. You'll have to call the 800 number but then you call the 800 number and nobody answers. How are you employed at a company if you're literal answer to every question that is asked, not only pertaining to shipping morale packages to our military, but three other people were asking different questions as I sat there for an hour and a half trying to figure this out and everyone's response to those questions were I don't know. The location manager also had no clue. It'll serve them right if they have no jobs! But shoot just down the road to a UPS and I was in and out in 6 minutes and that was because there was a line of nine people in front of me because it was first thing in the morning. However, as soon as a line got long, they called for two more people from the back to help us get out faster. Where when I arrived at UPS this morning once they open their gate, they all walked away and four of us sat in line while they were in the back and and ZERO people were upfront helping. read more

This Frisco Post Office location is almost always crowded and the line takes quite a while to get through. The self-serve kiosks inside are frequently out of order, which makes things inconvenient if you come after hours to mail something. Many times the Priority and Express mailing supplies are empty. I find that the best time to visit us mid-morning for the least amount of customers waiting and a shorter, more efficient wait in line. The employees are usually friendly; I actually sympathize with them for the amount of work they are doing with a smaller staff. The latest outside mail box pick-up time is at 6pm. The outside mail deposit boxes get full rather quickly over the weekend so you may want to deposit mail inside the lobby drop-box during weekend hours. read more

I dropped in at 10:45am on a Saturday. There were probably 3 people ahead of me and 3 people being helped at the counters. The staff were friendly and kept the lines moving. I had to go to the "sub -station" in Frisco off of COIT to pick up a package that the letter carrier had left a slip that said signatures required. I did not hear or see him but as I went out to get the mail, the mailman SAW me and continued on. this package was my medication that I needed that day. The employee ( Indian guy) was very rude. I had 2 transactions ( 1 for certified mail and 2 for purchasing stamps) He told me, he could have done in 1 transaction. If I could give this place a zero I would. When I misunderstood about a tracking number and went back to ask the clerk and tried to show him my receipt- he was awful! He overreacted to my question for some reason and was rude and told me to go to someone else. She acted like I made a scene at the counter. I went to the post office to ship something out, on the cusp of having a really bad injury, and my mom having life threatening surgery. Upon entering this particular brand I noticed a guy named Eddie being extremely rude and berating a non-English-speaking customer who was attempting to get his passport. As myself and the other customers watched in horror as he spoke to this man in the most condescending and demeaning manner, none of the other employees said a word to him for his belligerent and disrespectful behavior, and that was appalling. A person like Eddie should not be employed in an environment to work with people when clearly he lacks professionalism, etiquette, common courtesy, and professionalism. Avoid this post office at all costs!! I have spent the entire day trying to get answers on where the packages are that I placed in their drop box last Friday ( a week ago). None of the packages have been scanned at all. I went to the post office to get answers and was told that they don't scan any packages unless they are dropped off at the counter. I'm not sure who has 30 minutes to spare waiting in line each day. After I spoke to someone at the counter I was told to go to another line. The lady said they don't scan packages and she gave me a Consumer Affairs number. I called and left a voicemail with no reply. I called the 1-800 number and after waiting 25 minutes on hold I was told there is a case open. But the case was sent to the Prosper post office. I just need to know where the 34 packages are and please get them on their way to my customers!!! read more

If you move don't expect it to be forwarded. If you call to find it they will tell they found it and will send it...they won't. You'll finally get your mail months later to find your newly opened accounts all delinquent and now on your credit.
