The definition of poor customer service and one of the most condescending experiences I've had in awhile. Set an online appointment for notary services, scheduled for the following day. I confirmed online that the store provided service for the specific document. When I arrived I let the gentleman know why I was there and he said he was unable to notarize without having 2 witnesses present. I asked him why no one let me know this before I wasted my time coming to the Appt and his was response was "we have nothing to do with the scheduling system". After questioning if there was a workaround, he said "well you should've called first". Unfortunately this is something I wasn't able to do because I set the appointment last night after hours and the document needed to be notarized today. Besides, I believed this is what the online system was for the in the first place His tone was so rude and unexpected I asked for the manager, which he said "he's sick". I asked for the highest person available and his response again was: "he's sick". I asked for the name and he simply responded Brad. I asked for contact information and he refused to give it. I don't know if it was the way I "looked" or was "dressed" that sparked such a unsolicited response, but I'll let folks read in between the lines there. Can't provide the service...fine, but the added rudeness, feeling of inferiority for trying to be serviced is unacceptable. I ended up going to store #6351 who were so much more helpful. This, even though they themselves said they couldn't sign the doc either at the time I initially went. However, they politely suggested I come back at a later time, which I did. I will never go to store #3734 again nor will any of my companies use them for shipping. If the owner reads this, I want him to be aware that some of his employees are representing him in a light that may be scrutinized, especially in this day and age. I'm sure they don't care about the long term prosperity of that store, and it's probably just another check to them. Reputation takes a lifetime to build and a single instance to destroy. I was in there this morning at 11:59AM. I was dropping off a package. I assume the man was a box holder who used his key to get in the store. He did not pull the door shut and customers came in the unlocked door 1 to 2 minutes early. A short Gray haired Drama Queen man who is a UPS came in and was complaining about being here on a Sunday and then started yelling at the Box holder who used his key to get his mail early for not locking the door behind him. It was ridiculous and the Box customer, A customer at this UPS store was clearly embarrassed. I do not know if this man is a manager or an employee. He is a moody drama filled jerk. I told the box holder outside he should not put up with that. Horrible service. They clearly are not professional and do not respect their customers/Box Holders. read more

Mailed jewelry from this location and insured it and they did zero to ensure i got my money back even though i paid dearly for shipping and insured the item UPS LOST en route to the jewelry company. The manager Brad was very rude and denied taking my package from USPS. I advised to him that other locations & this one takes boxes as well for USPS but loudly he advised he hasn't for the 13 years he has owned the store. But I went to a different location not even 10 minutes away & the black male at the front desk happily took my package. I wasn't too happy about driving an additional 10 miles to another UPS to ship freight. I understand the manager was at a meeting and the staff were not trained to handle freight quotes. However, I have a massive problem with the quote, which was 2x (550$) more than fedex ground and the service I received at the prior location. It was a pretty big inconvenience, and I am not sure why anyone ships with UPS for any large package. Greyhound shipped the same package, size 3 day delivery for 89$ insured. Piece of advise For those of you that need to use this store. please know that this is NOT a "UPS Access Point" store per the owner Brad (which treated me rude and unprofessional). So please do not use it to pick up your UPS packages as an "alternate" UPS pick up point called an UPS access point because it won't be there. I know this because my package was supposed to be there today via an email from UPS. I also received a follow up email that my pkg has been picked up by me!? Hmmm. I called this store spoke with Brad he said it was delivered but when UPS scanned my pkg Brad said UPS did not leave it and left with it. Hmmm. I did a chat with UPS they said yes it was delivered to his store and picked up by me!? Hmmm. I spoke with Brad again but this time his story now is that "his store does not do that, they are not that kind of store" So I don't have my pkg., UPS said they show being delivered and picked up there by me!? Brad is saying they are not an Access point store (even though the UPS website says it is). All I know I don't have my pkg so someone other than me has my pkg. So please don't use this store because you don't know what you are getting or might not get!!! read more

I would definitely suggest finding another service instead of using this store. They don't care about their customers. I went to send an overnight package and they employee would not enter all the address information for UPS. Therefore, my package got to the correct person 4 days later! I went to the store and talked to the Owner Trey and he said it was a weather issue. That excuse didn't even matter. He said he would call me in 2 day about the issue. He never called. Just tried dropping off a package, no receipt needed. Guy throws a fit to wait in line, apparently there's "no drop off section." Never knew the counter... or any part of a store was a designated drop off section. All other UPS stores so far accept packages dropped off at the counter or practically any section on the floor away from foot traffic. They must have special drop off counters. This store really needs to invest in these special magical counters, or just accept drop off packages..... read more

Got there before 7. The lady is busy in the back talking to someone, Comes over and tells me the last pick up has occurred. Tells me she doesn't know where pickup location is open still because they are a franchise location. Not hard to find on UPS website. I leave the store. I see her going in the back saying goodbye to someone. I hear a cart leaving the door and back door closing. After I leave she closes the store early before 7pm. When I pull out of the partying lot I see a UPS truck leave the back of the building. She had the truck driver in the back of the store the whole time. She could have easily taken my envelope. she doesn't even deserve a job at the post office. What a pathetic little store. read more

By far the worst ups store I've been too. I drop stuff off here all the time and the lady that works here is so rude and unhelpful. Last time I asked if I could leave a usps package with my ups one and she said it's not our fault if it gets lost or damaged and I can't give you a receipt and then she threw my package into a pile. This was the worst UPS store I have ever been to. I always use the one off El Dorado and the tollway which is amazing. I walked in today to the UPS off Preston to drop off two packages that were pre-paid and the man who was a young guy told me he couldn't ship them and I said that was strange because the one off Eldorado always ships them even though they are you USPS and FedEx, I just don't get a tracking number and he told me to goto the other store then! I have been using this UPS store for all my personal shipping needs. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My packages have always arrived on time -- I've never had a problem. As well, the shipping price always seems to be reasonable. The employees have boxed the contents for me on occasion and everything arrives safely. I trust them and enjoy going in. I am moving soon so I will miss this staff greatly! read more

He quoted me $4 to print out each label which was ridiculous as most other ups stores do this for free for the same! Shocked at the horrible way I was treated by the owner of this location. I've never had a bad experience at UPS, but after this situation, I won't hesitate to use another provider since there are so many strong choices in a mile. Because I wanted to use my company account, they wouldn't honor the discount so I had to leave without shipping anything. After politely asking the owner to let me grab my items, he moved them anyway (no regard for Covid safety precautions) and damaged the exterior bag on one. When I mentioned it, he threw his hand up like a wanna be diva and stated "you can leave. I'm done with you". Wow! I came in to use a service, walked away praying for this poor soul. Everyone has bad days, but he acted this way in front of other customers. Making a brand for yourself? Nice folks. I just stopped in to make a USAA deposit since the UPS store near Main isn't equipped for deposits yet. It was an easy in and out transaction. They actually had more than one person working there so no long line. Staff seems to remember repeat customers. I'll just need to remember to go to this location instead of the other one. read more

I never write negative reviews but the lady at the store compelled me to! Now that i am reading the other horrible reviews i see I wasn't special. She has ill treated many other customers. I don't know why she still has a job. They charge exorbitantly for notarizing and wouldn't refund my money after explaining the envelope hadn't been used. I had to drive 6 miles away for decent service and all my issues were resolved in a minute. Not is she completely useless and inefficient she makes a face like she is doing the world a favor by listening to paying customers. I drove back to the store after getting my refund (at another store) and explained that i did deserve a refund - she was rude, she lacks knowledge of the system and she didn't even try to help me - she said that's how the franchise works. After all this she did not apologize and said i should not have received the refund. I implore the owner to either train her thoroughly or give her back end work because she is a disgrace to the service community read more

I had a great experience using this store for a cross country move. Both Brad and Candice were incredibly helpful with the process and helped make the move as easy as possible. Even after several screw ups on my part. I couldn't have done it without them. They were also helpful resolving an issue with some items that were damaged by the freight company that we used. Brad went to bat for me and got the matter resolved and got me paid for my damaged items. Good service by good people. read more
