So money out of my pocket because these people don't know what they're doing i've never seen anything like this in my life and then on top of having more injury to insult, things are not being put Sometimes correctly in the right box and then I have to file it as missing and then all of a sudden it shows up Either in my mailbox or the neighbor brings it down . I don't know exactly what's going on but I do also know that I'm not too happy about prepaying for a package online and asking your people to come and pick it up. Nobody bothers to show up. Not only are you guys taking my prepaid package money but at the same time my stamps. But that cramming my merchandise in my mailbox so yeah you guys have a lot of clean up work to do. Never had a problem. Gets busy at times but it is a post office :) Edit: we ended up losing a few boxes in shipping. A box of most of my husbands clothes. One with my shoes and one with xbox360. There's a big difference between the house number & the street number but unfortunately you gave us many times the mail of our outside of our subdivision neighborhood happens to have same house number as ours but very different, street number. The young clerk was rude. When I walked in there were no customers and obviously I interrupted an…read moreimportant session on her smartphone. I asked a question while she was making my copies and she pointedly ignored me. YES, she heard me -- I spoke plenty loudly enough. She dumped my copies on the counter and turned away -- she didn't say "thanks" or "have a nice day" -- NOTHING. Wow. To make matters worse, I had her make 100 copies of a flyer that have smudges on them from junk on the copier glass! If I didn't need to distribute the flyers tomorrow morning I would take them back and make them recopy. Expect MUCH better from a place where copying is a main part of their business. I also expect a local business to train their employees to be friendly, NOT surly.
