I've learned to only work with UPS Stores that actually answer their phones at the location. those stores are always seem to be more helpful and efficient. If you're trying to speak with someone directly here, don't waste your time. He said they would be back to repair it. Well, the repair was a silver screw to hold the wood piece that was broken off the post and mailbox door doesn't close tight. When there is a heavy wind or rain door falls open and mail is wet. I have contacted this location a dozen times. I have spoken with Cory once and left multiple messages that were not returned. So, after sending it to him I received an email from USPS maybe 2 weeks after I sent it out showing the card was going to be returned to MY mail box because the Church I sent it to does NOT accept any physical mail. The crooked manager named Richard Vantiegham claims the machine covered the return address with its label. I asked this manager then how did I receive an email showing it was supposed to be in my inbox that day. Obviously they could of just peeled that sticker back to see my address like Michelle Dobbs told me on the phone. Please stay far away from the USPS on church street. If possible pay your bills online and use the Fed Ex Or the UPS. I believe one of these people opened it and used the gift card. Stupid me should of saved the recite and canceled it

There was a long line to the door but it went very quickly and the staff were all friendly and had smiles on their faces. The employee I spoke to gave me a number to call which was helpful. That number got in contact with our mail carrier and she called me directly to tell us which number was ours. All three employees I spoke to were all very kind which made for a great first impression of the town we moved to from another state. There's a lot of parking available for this post office and it's easy to get in and out of. The lobby was clean, well maintained, and stocked with necessities for sending mail. I haven't utilized other services here but definitely will in the near future.

It wasn't a large poster, only about 12 inches long, and I rolled it up in a small mailing tube and took it to my local post office to mail. To my surprise, I could not mail the poster to the US. The Canada Post employee told me that since a certain person was elected president, there are now tariffs on everything larger than a letter mailed from Canada to the US, and I would need to download an app on my phone and enter all my information to declare the item and pay the tariff. Of course I wasn't thrilled on paying tariffs on the poster, but that wasn't the issue -- the issue was having to download a fucking APP and entering all my information on my PHONE. It wouldn't have been as bad if I could enter my information on my computer, but nope, that was not an option -- I had to download an APP and enter all this information on a small phone with my fat fingers and bad eyesight. HELL NO. So I told my friend that he was not getting his gift in time for Christmas, and that I would mail it from the US when I went to Nashville at the end of February. But trying to find a post office in Nashville was actually not that easy. I assumed there would be a post office somewhere downtown, but the closest one was at least a 45 minute walk away from our hotel, and even though there was supposedly a UPS nearby, I couldn't find it. Thankfully I discovered there was a US post office in East Nashville, close to where we were going, so I was able to mail my gift. Once I got to the post office, mailing the poster was easy. The post office employee was helpful, and there were no issues mailing the poster to Maryland from Nashville. The cost of postage was $7.70, and I didn't have to download a fucking app, use my phone, scan a QR code, or pay any tariffs. That "Nastyville" bully made a short line into a long waiting line because of his attitude, he lost his keys and griped about the replacement fee and blamed the staff! Whew! The postal facility is also conveniently located just off I-65 in the Brentwood area, technically just inside Davidson County a mere 103 feet north of the Brentwood/Williamson County border. That makes it convenient for residents of both counties who live in the area. This is also one of the few post offices in Middle Tennessee that will process passports. We've used that service before!
