The line, if there ever is one, is rarely more than two. Things move quickly, but you don't feel rushed. The postal people offer advice on best package rates, and arrival dates. They are very accommodating when I can't decide which new stamp style I want to buy, and show me everyone i ask about. The downtown post office is a little bit closer to my location, but I really do prefer Somers Post Office.

That means it should be in the possession of United States Postal Service. It has not moved since May 14. I don't understand. Really?? You can't do anything?? I'm SOLed. This is your responsibility. I have to pay for a product I never received and according to tracking USPS you have possession of it. No other resolution? You lost it. You pay for it. I drove in to drop off my mail and when I went to check in on Yelp the location didn't even exist. Now I know why no one was here because if its not on Yelp, then it doesn't exist. So look out US Postal workers because you've been listed and the Yelpers are coming. We're also gonna ask you to weigh packages. Ha! This place was completely empty. I can't stand going to Chicago post offices anymore because it usually takes 45 minutes to get in and out. So it would be worth it for me to drive here and back to Chicago in order to mail my packages. I found it funny that it closes at 4:30pm on Mon to Fri but my mail is picked up at 5pm inside. Is there a party going on for that half hour? How do I get in to the locked building to drop off my mail, after 4:30? Why wouldn't they just list mail pick up at 4:30pm? There's always only one person working even though they have three registers available. Unlike every other post office in the US that has a designated space for pre-postage drop offs. This one has a sign on the counter that stating that you cannot. I'm a small business owner, I don't need to stand in line for 45 minutes during my lunch just to drop off a package that I already did all of the work on.

This is a crime called Panhandling, and can be dangerous. Called police bunch of times. I will not go to this post office because of this. Enter at your own risk.
