Everyone has been so wonderful here! I have been shipping out boxes almost everyday for several weeks and they've become my post office buddies. I was in and out quickly. The postal employee was friendly, polite, and efficient. I did not feel unsafe in the area. What more people want, I'm unsure, but all was fine for me. The energy you put out makes a difference. read more

Rude customer service. Arrogant clerks. My clerk posted a letter for me then I asked to buy stamps. She retorted "Why didn't you tell while I was up?". The other clerk had a mean nasty look on his face. His customer tried a little humor that was lost on the clerk. Where do they dig these employees up? read more

Rude and refuses to help the public by doing their job. Typical gov employees who claim that your problem with poor service is somebody else's fault and not their job to help you. The person delivering our mail must be mentally challenged since they can't seem to get addresses correct. I know reading addresses can be challenging, but I don't think it's rocket science. In fact it probably only requires a grade school education. May the good Lord help those poor uneducated and unmotivated employees. When somebody asks them where they work, they probably reply, "I don't work. I'm a Post Office employee!" read more

I can't even put into words how often this post office makes my life difficult. From losing my packages to poor customer service. It's a monthly problem at least. We've had problems with our outgoing mail since we moved here. Several times I've mailed payments to my credit card company & mailed birthday cards that never arrive to their destination. I can understand once in a while this could happen but it's on a regular basis. I've taken my mail directly to the post office thinking this would stop. I still have the same problem. Fortunately, my credit card company has removed any late charges so far. But my family & friends don't always get their birthday cards. I have to call them to apologize & explain I didn't forget them. (They live out of state). My hope is this problem will be fixed & once again we can count on the USPS. Jo M read more

Would give them a zero if I could. They are so slow and ridiculously inefficient there is no wonder why most people cannot stand the post office. Just go to UPS, pay a bit more and enjoy the fact that you didn't get upset by these losers. read more

Quick and easy. The line was short. Customer service was fine. I sent my certified mail without any hitch. The parking lot is huge so will fit any size RV. read more

These people are rude and unprofessional. They need to learn to handle customers even if an issue makes it unconvienent for them. Blaming customers for an issue that isn't even their fault and getting an attitude with them isn't the way to conduct business, and you better bet I'm contacting corperate so they can put some of your employees in for customer service training. The staff here is extremely unprofessional and has 0 customer service training. I went in after work and obviously didn't know exactly what time they closed nor did I look it up. When I opened the door the first thing that was said by a dark skinned lady was "they always want to come in the last minute". I was the only one in there so it wasn't like she was talking about someone else other than me. I ignored her and proceeded to the next available person, when I handed him the box he waved it around and said "what am I suppose to do with this?" (I didn't have a to/from sticker, given I just thought I had to buy one there while they weigh my box) he rudely showed me where to get the to & from sticker. When I grabbed the sticker, the Latin man that was suppose to be taking care of me, made a rude comment saying "if you don't fill it in within a minute I'm not taking you" (you would think since I was already in there they would take their time to take care of me without having to rush me.) when I walked back to the register the guy had walked away and left. The ignorant lady ended up taking care of me and while I was filling out the sticker, the lady asked me what the zip code and street were and as I was pulling up the address I told her "give me one second I have it right here" she replied with "and you don't even have the address out" with such an attitude from there on she just kept giving me so much attitude. I kindly said "you can drop the attitude you have" and she raised her voice saying "I don't have any attitude thank you". After a longgg day at work I had no energy nor care to argue with such an ignorant & unprofessional worker. I work in a professional environment and NEVER would we ever treat any of our patients that way. We stay as long as we have to, to make sure our patients are well taken care of. Not give them attitude and treat them unwelcome. I will be calling the manger and letting her/him know of the ignorant employees they have under their wing. read more

This is actually a Post Office. Tried looking it up but didn't show a listing for it. We travel full time and passing by this area I remembered that it was here. The people are really nice here and they are allot of help. read more
