Apparently there are some restrictions in shipping cell phones. She later admitted she didn't know that. I'm pretty sure it's their job to know that. They represent FedEx but aren't actually FedEx. I can't put in a claim unless they do it and she refuses to. Zero customer service. I lost 157$ and an expensive cell phone. My son works off his phone and had to fly back to the United States. It would have been cheaper for him to fly back and me hand him the phone in person. It's been 6 weeks. I won't ever use this company of FedEx. The owner said she could have the phone shipped back for 97$. I don't trust her and refuse to spend any more money on this. Complete lack of knowledge for shipping internationally.
